Moffett made it easy to schedule, gave email and text updates, picture of technician coming and they arrived when they said they would. Vince, did a wonderful job and was professional and respectful to our property. He took the time to explain things clearly, give options and recommendations that homeowners can do on their own, which I appreciated. I will continue to use them for future plumbing projects and I would definitely recommend Moffett Plumbing and ask for Vince!

I called Moffett after seeing a lot of great reviews online. Jorge and Alberto arrived on time. My u it was blowing air but it wasn’t cold air. They got to work and within seconds realized that it was just a power issue and proceeded to replace my fuse. I was under the impression that it may have needed a Freon service, but they were very honest and quick and had me up and running in 15 minutes. They were very professional and courteous.

Although we had a leaking pipe in our kitchen, my experience with Moffett was pleasant. Even more important was the tech, Vince Holliverse. He thoroughly explained everything and he made sure that I understood each part of the work/repair. He had a great assistant worker, Ryan. Both gentlemen were professional but friendly as well. I highly recommend Moffett. Also, ask for Vince, he was a superior worker.

Tommy did a great job locating a slow leak 2 feet under my house when he checked my drains with a camera. He had high tech equipment that was very impressive. We are doing a remodel and I'm so glad we had our drains and sewer lines checked after we gutted our entire house and before installing new floors etc. Im going to request Tommy every time I call Moffett Plumbing!

I had problems with my water softener so after reading reviews I called Moffet Plumbing (on a Sunday). They sent Brian out the following day (this wasn't an emergency). Brian arrived a few minutes early and waited for the appointed time to come to the door. He was professional and courteous and quickly resolved the issue plus gave me some terrific tips regarding the maintenance of the softener. I complained about how heavy and awkward it was for me to get the bags into the trunk of my car and then into the garage and then pouring them into the tank. Again he had more ideas on how to make it easier. I appreciated this most of all.

Tayler and Bo were excellent! Very professional, they both came today to install a new hot water heater. Great job! Very clean, friendly and very knowledgeable!! Also we would like to thank, Ashley and Natalie, In the office! For keeping us updated and informed! Thanks to all at Moffett Plumbing and Air! Top notch service!

I called Moffett Plumbing after some reviews I saw on Nextdoor app, to look at a drain in my yard that was clogged up. Nick came and explained in detail what needed to be done. To save some money he suggested we try to jet the drains first, but it ended up that process could only go so far. We ended up replacing all the drains. Then I was introduced to Miguel and another worker who completed the job in a day. Nick was compassionate enough knowing this was a major expense and explained their Family Plan where I was able to get a discount. All 3 men were very kind, respectful and knowledgeable of the work. I feel confident that if you need any type of plumbing, to contact Moffett Plumbing. You will be very satisfied that the job will be done in efficiently and quickly.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service provided was exceptional. Vince and Luke were the best. These two make a great team and we’re very informative and thorough. It was a joy having them in my home and I’m so glad I called Moffett plumbing!

Vince and Tommy communicated well with me clear up to my appointment time. The office also coordinated and communicated well. The inspection, recommendations and repairs seemed very honest and reasonable. Vince and Tommy maintained a clean worksite and used protective shoe covers and mats. The customer service level was unusually high and incomparable to any plumbing service I’ve used before. They was honest and courteous. I will definitely recommend Moffett to my friends and would consider them for my job site.

Jonathan Ward and his assistant, Jessie were very professional installing my family’s new Navien water heater after our 11 year old Navien water heater finally expired. Jonathan went the extra mile to clearly explain the new features. We are very impressed with the experience.

Jonathan and Bo came out to check the drain, and it worked fine for them. Also was given information I didn't have before. So yes, when I get the work done I will want Jonathan Ward to do it. I feel confident that it will be done right. I have used Moffett before and never had a problem.

Moffett always provides stellar service!! We had the pleasure of having Tommy and Jesse assigned to complete our service today. However, all of their technicians are uniquely qualified and thoroughly professional. I would recommend this organization to anyone without any reservations.

Our technician Brian Rowles contacted us before arriving, and arrived right on time. We found him to be friendly, personable, knowledgeable and eager to help us find the root of our problem...which ultimately was roots in one of our main drain lines. He showed me the camera view of the root problem and precisely where it was located. The initial visit and scoping of the pipes was at a very reasonably price. The estimate for repair was pricey, but I know it is quite a process to have to jack-hammer the cement to get to the pipe, and I'm more apt to go with a company like this, as I felt very comfortable with Brian's professionalism and straight forward approach. Thank you again Brian for your visit, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to others!

Moffett plumbing was very communicative and professional on the day of my service. Their technician (Tristen) was able to accomplish clearing a shower drain in a timely manner and made it easy to value their service, being I did not have the time to complete the task myself.

Very pleased with the service provided by Jonathon. The job wasn’t very easy but he did it with a smile. We definitely will call Moffett Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Moffett Plumbing was quick to respond to my sink issue. Tayler, Vince and Luke were really nice and super knowledgable. They came out twice because I didn't have the correct faucet but put me quickly back on their schedule to follow up. I signed up for “The Family Club” because I will never use anyone else again.

Great job by Brian from Moffett Plumbing and Air. We had a leaking shower that I couldn’t fix. I saw good reviews of Moffett Plumbing in Orange, CA, so I called and they were able to send Brian out that same day. They had to open the wall and replace the whole cylinder, but they got the job done quick, cleaned up and we’re out within a couple of hours.
I highly recommend Moffett Plumbing.
