Prime Pharmacy

I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this pharmacy when looking for a local place to fill my prescriptions. It is owned by a family of pharmacists, which adds a sense of warmth and comfort that immediately put me at ease. The pharmacists and staff were professional, courteous, and kind. They were able to answer all my questions concisely, in a manner that instilled confidence and credibility in their expertise without flooding their responses with medical jargon. I almost didn't want to write a review, so I could keep this secret gem to myself...but in order for them to stick around, I want to also be sure that they have a steady stream of customers. So come check them out!

Level of service is excellent!! I brought my family members here too and the staff is always kind and respectful. Low wait time and they always follow through with your doctor on refills or PA’s. I’m so glad we have this pharmacy in town!!

This pharmacy is excellent. They couldn't be more kind, helpful, or knowledgeable. It is rare to find a non-corporate run pharmacy these days. So it was very refreshing to find a pharmacy that is family owned and treats each customer with the attention and care that big box drug stores don't offer. They were more than happy to take the time to answer all of my questions, which I appreciated since it seems like I'm always annoying the pharmacist at CVS when I ask more than two questions. I'm done dealing with the hassle, mix ups, and delays that all retail pharmacies seem to come with, and will be using Prime Pharmacy moving forward!

Also, an extra bonus, Hollingshead’s Delicatessen is in the plaza right next door, so you can grab some great sandwiches and beer after you pick up your prescription.

I work by here so this place was convenient. They are quick and I had a good customer service experience that big box stores don't offer. The best part was that the medicine was delivered to my workplace. Will go back again.

The wait time here is very minimal. Im typically able to get my prescriptions with very little wait. Unlike CVS or walgreens, i don't have to wait hours for my prescriptions. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for their efficiency.

This pharmacy is wonderful. They explain everything very clearly and with patience. You know right away if they have your prescription. I'm moving all of my prescriptions here.

Came in to Prime because of an old sports injury. I didn't have my insurance information with me but the staff was quick and efficient to fill my prescriptions, and the pharmacist answered all of my questions.

Place is new and nice. Would recommend. The people there are nice and explain everything to you. I think they are lakers fans too
