Newland Center

The Newland House is a very historic landmark to HB. Why is it listed as a shopping center? And Bartlett park? Why not. Newland Park. Beautiful house and story and history

I like the selection of restaurants in this shopping center. They offer everything from Italian, Thai, and even Hawaiian BBQ. I also like that they let the restaurants offer outdoor dining areas. There's plenty of parking and easy access to everything.

Home to Albertsons, Mother's Market, multiple banks, AAA office, historical landmarks, various eateries, shops and stores.
There are two free electric vehicle charging stalls, and plenty of parking.
Located at the NE corner of Beach Blvd and Adams Ave, one entrance lies on the south side (WB Adams) and four or five on the west side (NB Beach).

Newland center is filled with restaraunts and great groceries like Mothers market. They have great events there and great outdoor seating. It’s a fun place to sit outside for a meal.

So many awesome shops to see. Great energy Good vibes you don't have to deal with any snobs or people being short because you're a tourist it's nothing but genuine happiness and easy going

There are a number of these restaurants in Orange County. We have also stopped in their location in Hololulu. My favorite is the blackened chicken bowl with white rice and spicy white beans.

We mostly come here for the Albertsons, which we really like. Parking is pretty good, but people tend to drive pretty fast through the area.

If you get hurt, there is also a Hoag clinic in the center.

Love this shopping center. It has alot of my favorite stores! Mothers Market. Albertsons, Capones, AAA,Wells Fargo Bank, US Bank.

Albertson's has really come along ways , the people are very sweet & helpful

Nice shopping center. Many shopping outlets. Parking is pretty easy. Finding the businesses we wanted to visit pretty easy. Other cars are not in a hurry to get in front of or behind you.

My mother used to come here all the time

There's a little place you as well as a couple hole-in-the-wall places and the Starbucks

My friends used to work here at Albertson's as a bagger and as a checker High School an early University years

💕 Mother's Market here ! Beautiful, fresh produce section shows 💕 not like the chain natural supermarkets. Tons of vitamins & natural herbs, way more then the super stores ! Personal attention to ask questions, ask for Kevin.

Great layout. Plenty of parking. Grocery, restaurants, FedEx copies and shipping, Wells Fargo, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Clean and well landscaped.

A pleasant place ... Lots of retail and eating or dining. An area of outdoor seating that's quite nice - for just relaxing watching passers-by listening to laughter happening at a couple of restaurants on their patio watching people go by and or doing some shopping shipping dining or waiting to head down to the Pacific Ocean that is less than 2 miles away

Came here for the first time to see my brother working good experience fully stock store very presentable clean nice older community of shoppers friendly Shoppers friendly service only downfall is coming out to my car having a dent in it from someone parking too close at least they had enough respect and courtesy to leave me a note with the phone number still doesn't take away from the shopping experience at Albertsons

For as busy as it always seems to be, it's very easy to get in and out. The entrances and exits flow nicely with excellent visibility which helps to keep accidents to a minimum. That great because accidents are never good, have a negative impact on the overall quality of life and it reduces insurance claims and costs.
