Virtue Medical Group - Santa Ana

I absolutely love Virtue Medical Group! The staff and doctors are all amazing. They genuinely seem to care about me and my health. I can call and get same day appointments regularly, and if they can't get me in it's next day at the worst. The facilities are nice and modern. Great locations. They just make everything SO easy for me to try and take care of myself. To the entire staff of Virtue Medical Group, I salute you!! Thank you very much for all that you do, it is appreciated

I had a fast and easy visit with this office. I usually see Dr Tran, who is great but this time I interacted with Myrna and the PA Don (I hope I spelled their names right). They were both friendly and helpful! The office was easy to find and clean. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen and I got my issue taken care of.

The staff and doctor were kind. I felt like they were patient and asked me several questions to see how I was doing. They even explained why the wait time was long during my visit which was cuorteous of them. They would try to help me with my issues by giving me recommendations and even referring me to a physical therapist. They would also listen to any questions I had and would let me know what to expect after the appointment from results to getting a callback. Overall had a great experience. Would come here again in the future.

Dr. Tran is awesome. He took his time and explained what test would be conducted, provided several suggestions to improve my Peri-menopause symptoms. He was very transparent, does not push medicines or unnecessary testing. The staff was kind and my appointment was prompt. The nursed called me with my lab results was very professional and kind. I really like Dr. Trans approach to wellness. I look forward to keeping him as my primary care physician.

Mirna was professional, respectful, sweet when i was on the phone to make my appointment, really good communication and outgoing :) she made me feel better after i was a little nervous since it was my first time here.

I am in my late advanced age pregnant and have many concerns regarding my health. Doctor Victoria truly helps explaining my health issues and cleared up a lot of my concerns, worries, and anxiety.
She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and given many good advices.
Staffs are friendly, helpful, and polite which I love!!!
Not only that, office is completely remodel, extremely clean. The new air systems are cleaned and not odors like at other doctors’ offices, where you can get sick from other contagious patients. I would definitely refer friends and family.

Van phong BS Vu Tran offers great quality service always. Have been under this medical group's care for about 3 years now and not one complaint (big thanks to Y Si Victoria during my last visit). Staff are attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. Nothing feels better than walking into a bright and clean office for all my medical needs. Will recommend more friends here.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Vu and the Virtue Medical Group through Zocdoc! Been searching for a while for a good PCP and was never able to get one that accepted my insurance as well as made you feel welcome and a priority. His office is very attentive and made sure to answer all my questions. I was commuting pretty far so I was appreciative that they took the time to confirm that I was covered and able to go in for a visit so I was not wasting my time. The overall visit was great and I was able to get checked for all my concerns. They went over my test results within the time that they promised so I did not even have to reach out to them. Everything was clear and concise and I feel a lot of trust in Dr. Vu and his office support for future visits and things I may need checked on. I highly recommend!

Dr. Tran was so experienced and very caring physician and explained my concerns very highly. Most importantly for me was sharing our experiences being both born outside here. Love ❤ the staff

Dr was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt really comfortable voicing my concerns and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had going to the doctors. Really glad I chose to go to this place. :)

Messaged using google interface to find out if i could do a walk-in rapid antigen test on 12/29 - I knew it would be busy but just wanted to gauge how busy! Contacted the Garden Grove office but they were busy and Richard from the chat had the Santa Ana office call me to complete the HIPPA forms prior to me coming in. Only had like a 5 min wait when I got there at 4pm. Had results emailed to me 5:15pm. Amazing service! Also saw that they were limiting people in the waiting room, and were even walking out to perform the covid test at people's cars, so you have options!

The best care i can get. Staff really nice and help me thru the process. Don really listen to what is going on with me and provide thing I need to improved my health.

This place was outstanding. I walked in for a Covid test and they were so helpful and so polite and very professional. I gave their office number to my family doctor so he can refer his patients to come to this place for none appts quick Covid test with very reasonable price !! Keep up the great work guys !

Test quick and don’t need to made an appointment . I found this place on google and I love this place. The staff is so friendly.

Highly recommended! Awesome customer service and very streamlined process to get treatment. Easiest place to get a COVID test, their website has all the right information and their staff is super responsive.
