I was so lucky to find Jeanine and Lavishly Travel off an internet search! Jeanine first helped me to organize a mind-blowing trip to Costa Rica! Jeanine's attention to detail and thoughtfulness around every detail of our trip was beyond expectations.

When Italy called, Jeanine then helped me plan a trip to Sorrento, Florence, Milan and Venice with my beloved little puppy - Grace Kelly. We called it her "Roman Holiday". Jeanine and her team worked out all flights, trains, transports, and hotels so that my girl and I were welcomed with the utmost comfort and luxury. Jeanine is a treasure for anyone looking to Travel Lavishly!

Jeanine is absolutely incredible and knows her stuff! She planned a five star trip for us to go to Rome, Sorrento, Florence and Venice. This trip was one for the books and we definitely look forward to her planning our next one. Trust the process and you won't be disappointed!!

Did a tour of Ireland. It was the best trip I can imagine. She had everything from the train tickets to the rides to and from each destination booked. We had several things which closed unexpectedly because of the hosts developing Covid at the last minute but she redirected us to alternate destinations and we never missed a beat. She was there for everything we needed and answered her phone no matter the hour. I highly recommend her service.

We traveled to Italy for the first time in January of 2023. Due to uncertainty with my schedule for work, we made our plans kind of last-minute. Jeanine was incredible and rose to the challenge immediately. While I would certainly recommend that anyone making travel plans do so well in advance, I do not believe this impacted our experience at all due to Jeanine's quick work, knowledge, broad experience, and professionalism.

Our entire two-week vacation was seamless, from hand-picked private tours and activities to on-time transportation, clear instruction for train transfers, and phenomenal dining recommendations. We gave Jeanine our travel dates, budget, and general expectations-- and she did the rest! There are, of course, several things outside of her control once things are booked, but her strong partnerships with some amazing professionals ensured a flawless vacation experience. We had a wonderful time, got engaged (!!), and will certainly be back for more experiences with Jeanine and her team! Many thanks.

Wow. Where to begin. For our honeymoon, we asked Jeanine to create a 2.5 week romantic and cultural tour of Italy. She did NOT disappoint! Not one detail was missed on this trip, from excursions to transportation to hotels. We went to Lake Como, Milan, Santa Margherita, Florence/Tuscany and ended in Sorrento (Amalfi Coast). We also explored all of those regions. It was truly everything we wanted and more. I have already recommended Jeanine to multiple friends and family for their next trips, because I feel strongly that she can deliver exactly what they want and more. If you are looking for a great travel agent look no further! Jeanine was the best! She books all of your hotels and airfare up front and you make payments on your trip which is super convenient. Not to mention her attention to detail. She emails and calls during the trip to make sure everything is going smoothly or if there is a cancelation or change she let's you know. We went to Scotland when the queen died and a few things got cancelled but as soon as we came back she was on the phone getting our refund processed after her house was hit by a hurricane! Talk about great customer service!! I am definately having her plan all my future trips!

My wife and I started working with Jeanine and her team about 18 months ago as we started to plan our dream honeymoon. We decided on Greece and through a google search we were lucky enough to get in touch with Jeanine. From the very beginning we immediately knew we made the right choice working with her. The communication, timeliness of responses and professionalism made it such an enjoyable experience for us both.

Jeanine and her team took time to get on phone calls, answer texts and emails as we navigated through the longest trip we had ever been on and my first time traveling to Europe. She had incredible connections throughout Greece and the hotels and accommodations we had were second to none. She booked private shuttles to and from the airports and different destinations we had, set us up with a private tour guide in Athens and an amazing sunset cruise in Santorini. Throughout it all, and no matter what time of day, Jeanine was always there to answer a text and pick up a phone call for one of our million questions.

I love Jeanine Cioffi.....she was super friendly, precise, co-ordinated, and knowledgeable for any travelling requirements. She booked all inclusive trips for me and my friend to St. Lucia, Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos. The itinerary was so detailed we did not have to contact her for anything. Jeanine is a rockstar! My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary in Greece and loved it. All the details were taken care of: travel, hotels, rental cars, an Athens tour, as well as personal recommendations (which we used). My husband and I had Jeanine Cioffi book our honeymoon to Europe this summer, and I can honestly say that she far exceeded any expectations that I could have had for a travel agent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive at all hours. My wife and I just got back from our week long 10 year anniversary in the Dominican Republic. It was unbelievable and best and least stressful vacation either one of has ever had. I’ve never used a travel agent before but with everything going on with Covid and the seemingly everything being impossible to understand Jeanine and her staff were amazing. We told her what we wanted and they went to work. They put together several portfolios of ideas they thought would work and we had had our trip location and itinerary booked within a week. We wanted to squeeze in a last minute trip before summer so in about a week Jeanine put together a high end, luxurious, and perfectly curated trip to all the top spots that was so personalized to us. She is so well connected in Italy and knows the country so well that it just doesn’t make sense to spend the hours and hours of research it would take only to fall short of her expertise. We got to experience off the beaten path excursions that we could NOT find anywhere else AAAAND we somehow managed to come in under budget! I was really blown away. It was so nice not to have to deal with ANY of the stress that generally comes along with traveling. Every detail was perfectly planned so we never had to guess how we were getting from point A to B, and we had enough down time in between events to explore on our own and live in the moment, which was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend her for all travel planning, but ESPECIALLY Italy. She’s the expert!

Our experience has been phenomenal! Jeannine helped us get the vacation of our dream despite this Covid pandemic. She was mindful of our budget limitations and customized to our wishes. In Honolulu we stayed at the Waikiki Hilton Hawaiian Village. Jeannine was kind enough to let us know the hotel had their own charges when we got there, and told us how much it would be.She made herself available for any questions we had and responded quickly when we asked. The Polynesian Culture Center Luau canceled on us at the last minute and she quickly made other arrangements and absorbed any extra cost. She was very friendly and helpful, and had a very sweet demeanor. She even laughed at all our jokes and had some up her sleeves as well.We definitely would recommend her. She made the whole process of traveling with all the COVID restrictions such a breeze. We love her character.

My fiancé and I were so stressed out about our trip to Puerto Rico and decided to reach ouch to a travel agent. Jeanine is a super hero, I really have no idea how she does what she does and does it so well! She is extremely responsive and FAST! She gets you exactly what you want, when you want it. Imagine being stuck at 3am in Hawaii open air airport with 3 kids because flight is canceled. The whole airport is shut down, there are no hotels left or taxis – plus there are roaches crawling all over the airport. I called Jeanine who was on a train at the time in Europe and she immediately got her team on the phone with me. Within a matter of minutes, she had booked a hotel and taxi for us. All the other passengers couldn’t believe it.
