OC Veterinary Medical Center

We got a sheep a doodle puppy about a year ago and needed a good vet to take care of our girl. We found OC veterinarian medical and Doctor Rodriguez is our Veterinarian I can't say enough wonderful things about him he's truly wonderful he's so sweet and gentle with our girl sits on the floor with her Before he even starts examining her. I wouldn't trust anybody else.

i’ve been bringing my dog here for about 5 years now and i couldn’t be happier! i was worried about finding a vet i would like when i moved to orange, but dr. rodriguez and dr. horn always make my dog and i so at ease. they address all of our concerns whenever we make a visit. it is also a nice touch that they always call the next day after a visit to make sure that your pet is doing okay and responding well to any medication or procedure that was done the day prior

I love this clinic! Staff is so friendly and attentive, very clean clinic, and little to no wait time. It’s a bit pricey but I love that they follow up about your pet after being given new medication.

I took my dog to OC Veterinary Medical Center for the first time today. I cannot begin to emphasize how wonderful the staff were at this veterinary office. everyone from the ladies at the reception desk, to the techs, and the doctor.
Dr. Elahi was extremely kind and gentle with my dog and very thorough in his examination of him. he took the time to answer all my questions. I could not be more happy with him.
I believe the vet tech that helped us was Derek, he too was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming.
This clinic is a minimum 30 minute drive for me, but absolutely worth it.
I highly recommend Dr Elahi and this facility.

We switched vets to OC veterinary medical center after we had a not so great experience elsewhere. This is our first puppy so of course we had a million questions and wanted to make sure she had the absolute best pet vet care. From the second we walked into OC vet medical center we knew we made the right choice. The receptionist, the vet tech, and our veterinarian Dr. Rodrigues, all were so kind and friendly to us and our pup. Dr. Rodrigues is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to answer every single question and concern we had. He also examined our puppy comprehensively for our first visit to make sure she was in perfect health. I am so happy to have found OC Veterinary Medical Center and would recommend anyone to their clinic for pet care.

I love these guys.. Always professional and genuinely concerned for all pets. Every staff member I've ever interacted with has always been kind and considerate. I will continue to recommend OC Veterinary Medical Center. Keep up the great work!

I brought two cats here on separate visits; both with very urgent needs.
I was able to take home one of my cats; but unfortunately my other cat's condition was too severe.
Both times my cats received great care.

Couldn't ask for anything better! These guys are amazing and always have our best interest in mind! We love bringing all of our pets in to get taken care of!! Dr. Nikky definitely goes ABOVE and BEYOND any veterinarians we have EVER dealt with in the past!

I love it here ! Took my baby snowball for his first exam , and they handle him with care and love , and after they gave him his vaccine a day later they called to check on him and see how’s he doing ! Love it will have this location as his primary ❤ Dr rodrigues ! 💪

I’ve been bringing Smalls to see Dr. Rodrigues for over a year, and never going anywhere else. Dr. Rodrigues is an active listener, does very well with Smalls, and has taken such good care of her. The treatment here is top notch! I’m always treated well, which is nice but I don’t care about how I’m treated. I care about how they treat Smalls, and they treat her like a loving member of the family. I have confidence in OC Veterinarians and Dr. Rodrigues. Thank you!

Amazing dr and nurses took care of our spanky. He was one happy puppy. They answered all our questions and concerns.

I will never stop talking about how wonderful Dr. Horn is. He was the vet for my baby kitten, who lived to be 21. He's spent countless hours talking me through medical issues, teaching me how to provide the best care for my babies. He's the most kind and compassionate human i've ever encountered, and even though I don't live in OC anymore I still drive in to OC to take my babies to see him when they need care.

I’m so glad I found OC Vet for my Eevie. I’ve been taking her here since she was a 6-week old puppy, and she’s always in good hands. She got spayed here and healed fairly quickly. For all other issues (mostly infections), they were able to detect it quickly and prescribe effective medication. They are a tad expensive for office visits, but it’s worth paying extra to know she is in good hands. Plus she absolutely loves Dr. Horn and Dr. Nikki!

I think this place is really nice and they truly try to make my appointment with my rottie as pleasant as possible. They're great at follow up calls which makes you feel like they do care. Service is probably the best I've encountered regardings vets. I do have dog insurance which helps tremendously with the cost, I do think they are probably 10% more than the average vet.

you guys are always great. My daughter Paige used to work there and Romo has always been treated great and the staff is very friendly and compassionate.

We are so appreciative for every one of you..from Dr Nikki, to all the boarding staff and front desk as well! We initially brought Cuddles in when she was sick about 6 months ago. She was treated with such great care by Dr Nikki who successfully diagnosed her and had her back to feeling well again SO quickly. Since then we have brought her in for boarding and cannot say enough great things about the care she has received. We received daily photos and messages of Cuddles while we were away, along with caring messages (they even put her towel and toy that were in her crate in with her, without us asking to do that). We could see she was getting love every day and it really put our mind at ease, knowing she was in great hands. Whether it be a vet visit or boarding, Cuddles has been received with so much love and care every time, and we are so beyond grateful. Thank you!

I am a repeat customer of 5+ years. Both of my cats love Dr. Horn and are always well behaved at OC Vet. I think it’s partially because their staff is so great and even better with the animals. I love this office and recommend it to everyone that lives in the area/ if needing a vet comes up.

Absolutely amazing care for my newly adopted pup. They're attentive and spend time getting to know you and your pet. They have a phone app which makes communicating with them so much more convenient. Dr. Rodrigues is wonderful and so friendly!

(Please pardon my mini-novel review) The wife and I were new to Santa Ana and we are blessed to have two wonderful rescue dogs. 1 Black Pure Bred Lab [Joey] & 1 Black Lab/Pit Mix [Annie May]. When we arrived here one of the first tasks we were faced with was to find a Vet that we felt comfortable with.

After some Google surrounding area searches and some local review searches we decided to try the OC Vet Med Center. I cannot express how blessed we are in all areas and this was just another one. We know we are led to places with people who care and know how to balance personal care with professional expertise.

Annie May was not too friendly with other animals and they made a special effort to assure we would not have to struggle with any unpleasantries. At the same time, they did not make us feel as if we were at any fault for her behavior. As a shelter dog, it has been a slow but progressing process and today has improved tremendously. But back then, we needed people who understood and cared.

The service and staff were excellent, the recommendations on how to take care of our babies was spot on and we are ‘in our happy place’ knowing that is one less thing we have to worry about because, to us, there is no other option than to use the OC Vet Med Center.
