It had been a month of plumbing problems at our Triplex in San Clemente. Just after the roots were jetted out of the sewer line a water heater went out. After 16 years it was time to replace all 3. Went to Lowe’s to get their special financing and Rescue Rooter came out the next day to replace them. Tom was very friendly and straight forward with the pricing, came out and removed them, while Eric installed the new ones and explained the upgrades. I appreciate the hard work they did! Fast and efficient duo. All work with permits and a 6 year warranty. I recommend Lowe’s and Rescue Rooter!

Great experience discussing my water heater issues with Tom. He was very knowledgable about what his company can provide and very honest about the assessments and pricing. It was easy to go with his company after our initial discussions.
Eric did a great job installing the water heater and cleaning up afterward. We were up and running in about 3 hours even after having to swap out the new water heater when the 1st did not fit. They also took care of the vent pipe touching the roof after i relayed what the gas company had mentioned. Very happy with the work they did.

Eric was very friendly and professional. He is a very knowledgeable plumber. I like that he spoke Spanish and was able to explain the process to my parents in Spanish. Before he began Installing the water heater, he explained the whole process and after he was done, he explained to us how to maintain the water heater. He also let us know that if we have any questions or concerns to don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

I am giving Rescue Rooter 5 stars because of Eric Diaz. I contacted RR through Lowe’s for a water heater. Eric gave us 2 options after seeing pictures of our current setup. I was going to go with a lower cost option through Home Depot. Eric was very helpful to point out considerations that could increase the base price from the other bid. RR offered a fixed price and Eric worked on his day off to provide me with a fair price and answer my questions. He came the next day to install the water heater. He did a very nice job. I appreciated the professionalism and genuine desire to get our business. Hopefully we can now make it through the permit process without issues from the city.

Leon from Rescue Rooter came over and was very professional, friendly, and finished the job quickly. He showed me things that could use some attention without pushing and upsell me. They honored the deal I saw online without issue.

Overall I was extremely impressed with the service and highly recommend.

We went through Lowe's to replace our water heater and they put me in contact with Greenstar to complete the job. Greenstar responded immediately and sent out Victor the same day for an estimate. He is extremely professional and courteous and competed the install the next day. . Great customer service and a job well done!

After a few bad experiences of aggressive upsell tactics, I hesitated calling. He was so flippin’ obnoxious that I quit being a regular customer. I built a clean-out myself and snaked my own drain. Injury prevented me from using it this time. Today’s experience was quite the opposite. My main drain was unclogged and then sent down two more times just to make sure. Ray was friendly, efficient and thorough. Wish I could request him or an equivalent each time. I feel reassured that this may be the normal once more.

Yesterday we discovered a leak from our garden spigot. We called Rescue Rooter on Sunday and they arrived on Monday morning. They diagnosed the issue and proceeded to fix the problem in an efficient and timely manner. They are not cheap but this was not a project I would give to a handyman. I will use and recommend Rescue Rooter to friends and family.

My water heather needed replacing. I took estimates from a few reliable companies and chose GreenStar. I found that this company was excellent. Tom and Eric are very professional, reliable and very likable. I feel lucky to have found such a good company. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service! They were able to diagnose the problem from pictures and a video to a likely burner malfunction. Other providers who actually did a service call wrongly wanted me to replace the entire water heater which would cost four or five times as much!

Had to replace 2 toilets. Ed Balderama, the service tech from ARS Rescue Rooter did an outstanding job! Took 2 days to complete and each day he was on time and was kind enough to explain to me what he was doing, how long it would take, and was very good about leaving the area he worked in very clean when done. Based on his performance, I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend him and ARS Rescue Rooter.

Eric was awesome. Installed or new water heater quickly and efficiently. Went to Lowes for a new water heater and they referred me to Greenstar for the install. Got a call from them before I even left the store. They came out that day for a site survey and installed the next day. Perfect.

Leon and his associate were very knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything they were going to do. Answered all my questions with answers I could understand. They were clean and cleaned up all messes. I was very satisfied with their work.
