I went to this salon and everyone was so friendly and nice! I came in pretty late but they still let me in and did exactly the design I wanted. They also gave me some padding for my elbows so they wouldn’t hurt from resting my arms on the table while I was getting manicured. The hospitality here is great and I would definitely go again :)

I read so many complaints, but let me tell you people it’s not as they say. Thi did my pedicure and she was careful and diligent. Hannah did my manicure and what people feel as rough is just cultural, they care about you well being and everything is sterile and one use. I am coming back for more is for sure.

Went to Ritz Nail for my daughter's pre-wedding, there were 6 of the s and they were wonderful even had balloons and sparkling cider. It was a fabulous way to start our wedding weekend. All of the staff were so friendly and made the day special. Definitely would go back. Thanks again for the great experience 💗

We set up a group of gals getting mani pedis before my sisters wedding last weekend. It was fantastic, all the nail techs were so sweet, they did a beautiful job, and they worked so hard to make the day special. They even had some cookies and balloons set up when we arrived to help celebrate the bride. Thanks for the great experience!

I've been coming here for about 8 years. Tammy is very kind & responsive. Sometimes I just feel like zoning out & she picks up on that, limiting conversation. I get their upgraded pedicure with extra massage, mask & paraffin. Totally worth the extra $$. I actually showed up with a tan on my legs once & she was careful to warn that the scrub might take off my tan or cause peeling. The manager Hannah is always good to me, too.

Best place ever! Linda and Amy do the best full sets. All the ladies who do pedicure are great.

Tina 👌🏻 BEST pedicure I've have had in years, in terms of attentiveness & technique ... I don't usually like the 'massage part' of a pedicure because nail salons usually just 'go through the motions', but Tina really put in effort and skill into her craft. I will absolutley be coming back! Thank you Tina! 🙏🏻

My nail tech Hannah is great. She does a great job, never tries to up sale. Just does what I want.

They were very courteous, fast, and efficient. Yet still plenty of pampering, all at a great price! I went in to get a manicure and pedicure and they did them simultaneously which is not typical for most salons. And the prices are great, 2 services for the price you'd typically pay for one at fancy high priced salons.

Love this place. My nails always comes out just how I like. All staff are very friendly. Price is reasonable. Amy and Hanna they do great. Recommend friends and family, they love the place.

I’ve been going there for seven years now !!! Staff is so sweet and owner is super friendly !!! Linda does an amazing job at gels and Ly is awesome on pedicures ! Prices are right too :)

I'm surprised at the negative responses on here... I have been coming here for months without a complaint... Every time I have come to this nail salon they are more than accommodating an very courteous. I have yet to have an issue with the service in any aspect. 5 thumbs up!!

Always a great experience. Soooo many color choices, more than any other salon around town. Just did the Dip manicure and I love it!

All the technicians there are amazing! I am so happy I found this wonderful place. I have been going there for 6 months now and they are the friendliest group. They all do such a wonderful job.

My wife goes here as the staff is so pleasant and fit her in when they don't have time especially when it's her lunch hour and they know she has a tight timeline to get back to work,
When I go in with my wife to get my mani /pedi the girls are friendly and althought my wife had an appointment I don't and the girls still take me in (some reviews complain they overbook without enough staff I have never had a problem) Thank you Ritzs for having the time and taking care of my wife's nail needs, mama happy papi is even happier.
