Excellent experience all around!

I called in and was able to get a technician scheduled to come and inspect my bathtub's broken faucet handle the very next day. They provided a time slot of 8-10 and came on time. They even sent a text when the technician was en route and provided a map to track arrival status.

Our technicians were James and Greg. Super super nice people and very informative about the process. The initial visit was supposed to just be an inspection to see what was going on but they were able to fix the issue on the spot!

10/10 scheduling, service, and communication. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism, service and communication that this company provided. First time using this company but I’m highly impressed, the technician that came on site is knowledgeable and friendly and punctual. We ended up getting a new furnace instead of trying to patch up an old janky one. They were able to install a new furnace the next day!! if you're on the fence, go with Biard & Crockett!!!

We have used Biard & Crockett for 50+ years and they have never failed to perform. We had a water heater fail under maintenance agreement with Sears Home Services (what is left of Sears) on Sunday and due to the heater shut off failure also have had no water except what we bailed from the pool to flush toilets. Sears changed the Tuesday am appointment until pm and that was for an analysis not replacement for a tank major leak. Called Biard & Crockett and the work was done before the Sears late appointment. Not the cheapest option but the best for service and quality products. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Still impressive.

Our plumber, James Paulsen, is what you hope for when you have a plumbing problem. He was bright, courteous, thorough and professional. When there were unexpected wrinkles in the project, he didn't complain but found intelligent solutions and got it all together. The job looks good and I am pleased.

We have used Baird & Crocket for many years. They are reliable, honest. Our recent serviceman, Tom was extremely helpful. Took photos of things that are damaged. Took his time making sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this company. Which is why we have had them for so many years.

Service by technician Tom Yi was outstanding. Detected problems with AC compressor. Showed me the issues. Explained problems in detail. As an electrical engineer, I understood the wear problems he showed me. Since I have annual inspections by Baird & Crockett, I am greatly disappointed the problems were not discovered last year. The replaced components showed long term wear. Would have been evident even last year.

Darryl was friendly and professional. He explained everything and answered our questions to our satisfaction. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the area left cleaned up. He also patched a hole in the wall from changing the vent pipe which wasn't his problem. It's that little over and above that brings me back to a company.

We have been having a plumbing issue for awhile now and we have gone through 3 different plumbers, who really just took our money through the years. We are on our 4th plumber and so far, this company is actually trying to help us fix the problem. This company has been around for the last 64 years and it's family owned right here in the City of Orange! Our neighbors have been going to them probably for the last 50 years and we are going to follow in our neighbor's footsteps. If you want plumbers that are caring, excellent customer service, sincere, trustworthy, then these are the plumbers for you! Try them out....We did....You can never go wrong!

James just repaired two issues for us. He was very professional and made sure the work was completed thoroughly. I will call them again without hesitation should the need arise.

We have used Biard & Crockett for many years. They were over today to replace our laundry water valves needed for my new washer. The work was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. We are very satisfied with the work.

A special thank you to Jimmy and his partner for the service on our HAVC unit. They were on time for service and checked our HAVC unit 100% and made sure it ran properly. The air ion cleaner and surge protection were nice additions but much needed. Thank you.

Eric from Biard &Crockett managed to change out a pressure reduction valve that had nearly zero clearance due to bad design and construction without having to rip up our wall. Cudos for a job well done. Came right when scheduled and was done quite quickly. Will definitely consider them for future projects.

Alex is a total professional! His communication and through diagnosis of plumbing problem and what needed to be repaired/replaced was spot on! Very efficient and effective in completing the job. I definitely will be asking for Alex again when I need future plumbing work!

Came in with a vacuum breaker and they told me I didn't need it. I went home and solved my shower issues without the vacuum breaker. Turns out I didn't need it.

The guys running the place are super chill and the guy that helped me out could've taken my money, but he talked to me like a person. These guys are awesome people

Tom was very nice and friendly, gave me a lot of in site regarding our AC unit, was punctual at arrival and even took photos, so I would understand the severity of the job that is needed to get done.

Alex from B&C did a fantastic job. My shower cartridge needed replacement, and despite the horrible corrosion in the handle, was able to fix the problem in just a few hours (new handle purchase and everything). Kind, tidy, and efficient - would definitely recommend.

B&C is an amazing company that cares about its customers, gives fair pricing, and teaches their customers how to manage their systems. Very unlike any other company I’ve worked with that only wants to scam you. 10/10 recommend B&C!
