I called the Earlham office three times to get general info, all 3 times my call was hung up on their end with no call back. Called their office on Katella once and the call was hung up, but at least she texted me back. I won't be doing my taxes there. They need to fix their phones.

Service is average. HORRIBLE wait time though, and they NEVER honor appointments. If you make an appointment here, expect to wait an extra 2 hours before actually meeting and doing your taxes. They let people ahead of you even if you had an appointment and they didn't, so best chance is to just come early and bare waiting in line. Forget about making an appointment here to save time. I used this place this year and last year, and it was the same story both times.

Customer service provided especially over the phone is terrible. Called in to ask for information and got yelled at over the phone by the lady employee while explaining what I service I was looking for. Definitely called the wrong place.

Vine un domingo a hacer mis taxes y al final me dicen que NO me podian dar copia de mis taxes por que no estaban finalizados en el sistema del irs por ser fin de semana, que tenia que regresar por mis copias durante la semana. Llame a otros lugares y todos me confirmaron que al hacer los taxes las copias son al instante. Ahora tendre que esperar a mañana para regresar por mi copia y llevarla a revisar a otro lugar por que confianza ya no les tengo, no entiendo por que no poder darme mi copia al finalizar mis taxes.

Gracias a Ana Galvan por haberse robado $500 dolares de mi reembolso. Segun me habia dicho que me iba a cobrar $80 dolares por los impuestos y resulta que la sin verguenza me hizo un deposito a cuenta y en verdad lo que hizo es depositarse mi reembolso a su cuenta y me desconto $500 dolares. Asi que acabe pagando $580. Nunca me dio mis copias y no me di cuenta hasta que le dije que necesitaba esas copias! Por halgo no me las daba. Que dios te bendiga y que te rindan Anita! Y reza porque tarde o temprano todo se paga en esta vida. En nombre del padre, del hijo, y del espiritu santo, AMEN!
