Peet's Coffee

The Peet’s is too good to miss out.

I am from Australia, and I was about to leave the states on the day I visited, so I asked the staff to recommend me some coffee beans to bring home to try. The staff, Zoe, was so kind and helpful to explain and patiently waiting for me to decide. However, it was too hard to choose, I ended up requested 2 oz of each roast. It was such an annoying request, but Zoe was so kind and weighed, labelled and packed for me. It took her a while to finish, while she was helping me, her colleague was also very helpful to serve other customers. The experience here was exceptional!

The coffees were great. Both hot oat latte and cold oat latte were nice, which they use espresso forte for them.

A great shop not to miss out!

Tucked in the corner of this Plaza, plenty of parking and best of all - happy employees. There is a striking difference between going to a Starbucks and Peets. This location is the perfect example - nothing is a “chore”, they are truly delighted to “serve” you and help. Best of all they do it with a smile. Starbucks for me is a last resort. Peet’s itself has some phenomenal coffee, yet a different customer experience overall.

Real nice location with helpful employees. I don't usually go to Peet's but I'm glad I gave it a try. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get some good coffee.

Peet's Tustin location is on point in all and every aspect. The employees are diligent and polite, the service was swift. And the coffee is smooth tasting with some kick!!!!

Had a great experience. Staff actually communicates with you, not like other places I won't mention. Ashley made us feel very welcome. I also needed non-dairy recommendations & were very helpful. I tried the Golden Chai Latte with Almond milk. Was delicious! Tnx!

My favorite coffee spot! Great coffee, love the strength and sweet balance they have. They are always kind, as in they remember my face and my drink. If they made it wrong they'll kindly remake it with no hesitation. They always have seating at all locations and the line is not that long of a wait if it gets extremely busy. They have sweet and savory vegan options as well for food which is great. Go here !

I frequent this location and wanted to say that I appreciate the baristas and staff being both professional and friendly. I usually order online, and the folks say hello and it's just nice to be acknowledged and greeted when I cannot say the same for all coffeeshops. Aside from that, the coffee is really superior to Starbucks in every way, so coffee lovers will absolutely taste and appreciate the quality of the coffee and teas at Peet's.

The staff were awesome. Even five minutes before they closed. They had really nice little outdoors area . One of the nicest Peet's I have visited.

I don't normally review everyday places like Peets unless it's something worth noting. I don't know why this place is different but the customer service here was... pleasant. Making coffee is basically just a recipe but they really have great customer service here. I don't know if it's individual staff or management but thank you to all of the above.

For those wondering if you should come to this Peets, it is quaint with easy parking and indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is a nice patio that's very pleasant at all times of the day. Not uncommon to see one or two people reading ACTUAL news papers in the patio.

Super yummy coffee! If you had to have a choice between Peet's and Starbucks 100% hands-down Pete's! Smooth coffee with just the right amount a bitterness. They're sweet drinks are delicious and service is always done with a smile.

If I wan a hot chocolate I come here. Same with their Mocha if I want coffee and their hot chocolate. Hands down the best Mocha since it’s not too sweet, just right. Downside is I have to pay extra for Soy. It’s all my stomach’s fault but I have to pay the price $. Unfortunately it’s not just Peet’s since Soy is an extra charge for all other coffee shops. Their brewed coffee is good as well.

By far the best Peets Coffee in OC! Delicious coffee and tasty treats. I love my iced hazelnut or dark chocolate mocha. And when the mayan mocha comes back, its game over :D

Peets Tustin (compared to other locations) has the friendliest staff and baristas! They always greet you no matter how busy. They never mess up my order. Cozy atmosphere with indoor and patio seating to study or relax.

Very happy to have a Peet's in walking distance from our house! They aren't the most common coffee shop yet, in my opinion, some of the best coffee. The only downside is that there is very little inside seating. That being said, most people take their coffee to go because if you ever really want a spot, you can find one.

There is a plaza outside with plenty of tables but those can get a little too hot in the summer. Plus there are a lot of beetles buzzing around the trees and they can be very bothersome! But in the wintertime as long as you bundle up a bit you should be just fine outside.

As for our coffee, we usually order a simple hot latte and a cup of hot water that I use for my tea. We are always greeted with a warm 'hello' from the employees and if we came more often most likely they would welcome us by name. We usually come once or twice a month but we see a lot of regulars get greeted with their names. It's a nice touch!

These people know how to make good coffee! The drinks are always strong you can taste the coffee. I had the chocolate caramel swirl Javiva...might go with the light chocolate next time. The staff are really nice very good customer service!

I just love Peet's coffee - They are honestly Superb and so much better than Starbucks. The coffee tastes fresher, is never bitter, and is just simply a better tasting coffee. Whether it's an iced cap or a hot cap, or a latte, the competition can't match them.

Over Starbucks Peets always comes thru with some great coffee options. And Great Customer Service.

It was my first time here, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. You can really taste the coffee unlike other places where you just taste sugar, highly recommend! I'll definitely be coming back for some more coffee

Excellent service! Superb coffee and specialty drinks! Outdoes Starbucks by far! Great food items to choose from too. Give them a try and those other coffee shops will be a thing of the past.

This is some of the finest coffee and tea you'll find around. All served by a warm staff who'll make you feel welcome instantly. Nice selection of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches to choose from. Great outside patio if you bring your pet. Ample parking!
