It’s a great gym and fantastic community. Work outs are challenging and every fitness level is welcomed with enthusiasm. Modifications are available if you’re injured or your fitness level is at beginning stages. I’ve been a member for 12 months and have seen great strength results.

If you are wanting to lose some weight; get in shape, and, or just be healthier, then this is the place for you! They offer something for everyone and the staff is amazing. The camaraderie, exceptional. I highly recommend the Bear Pit!
