Alex Pazos: Allstate Insurance

Always been good to me, never had a problem. My policy for full coverage is at a better price since I've switched over! Allstate has a great easy to use app and whenever I have a question they're always responsive!

I have been dealing with Tomas and let me tell you, this guy got me my best deal on auto insurance for my two vehicles ,one truck and a car and I am very satisfied with. Its by far the lowest rate I have got on auto insurance. I look forward to keeping this policy. Thank you Tomas and the office of Alex Pazos All State Agents.

For a nation wide company that promises “you’re in good hands” they sure don’t show it. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times in the last couple months and get no response. My agent Alex Pazos contact work number literally rings twice then says the number has been disconnected. Ive sent in multiple reviews and asked to be contacted and still haven’t gotten a reply. They also have been over charging me for months.Going to need to make a change. I’m clearly not in good hands.

I purchased a renter insurance policy a few months back and needed the information to be revised. I called and emailed numerous times. Never got a response.

Today I called and got a hold "a" manager. He said that unfortunately, they are not in the office and don't have access to thenir system as All-State does not provide them with computers to work from home......

I explained that I needed policy information to be updated. Buy was told that for over 2 months no one has been at the office or replying to their customers.

As I was explaining the scenario, the manager hangs up.........

Worst insurance provider ever!!!!!!

There is a reason no one gets answers to e-mails or voice messages. I went to the office 12-31-21 and the store front location is EMPTY. NO ONE THERE, DUST ON THE FLOOR.

Worst Customer Service I ever had. No calls or emails.
Had to call 1(800) customer service to get some help.

No call back from my “Agent” Alex Pazos and no response to my e-mail.

They don't answer anyone..calls or emails.

Poor customer service...phone contact is IMPOSSIBLE
