I was renting at public storage and was very unhappy bad customer service and all this looters moving stared staying overnight. But here this storage big difference it's such an awesome place I can be at peace knowing my things are in good hands

I really like this storage facility. The manager Cecilia is awesome and has great customer service and is extremely friendly and has a great personality! I accidentally lost track of time while packing some of my stuff in storage and didn’t realize that it was closing time and so I quickly put my stuff back into my storage unit and went back to the car. Cecilia was very nice about it and was understanding when I explained to her how my stuff had fallen from the inside of my storage down to the ground from me accidentally stacking it wrong and therefore made me have to pick everything up and re-stack it and put it all away, otherwise I would’ve been out of there way sooner. I suggest anyone that is looking for a storage unit to rent come and check this place out because they are affordable and have great customer service and will help you get a unit that will fit your needs and also are understanding to unexpected life situations that sometime occur. Thank you Anaheim Self-Storage!!! Keep up the good work.

This rental facility is awesome! It is the staff that makes it awesome not to mention they have very affordable rates compared to EVERY other storage facility in my area. I looked at 5 other retail chain storage places and almost all of them were double the price. Shout out to Cici, wonderful customer service and a great human being! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for affordable storage and friendly supportive staff. 5 stars!

The best storage facility I've ever been to. I move a lot of people into a lot of storage units and the staff here goes way beyond the minimum customer service that I would expect. I was so inpressed that I now rent two units from them. Security is top notch and a number one priority. I feel I'm leaving my personal belongings in a safe and secure facility. Cici the manager is by far the best thing about this storage facility. Good size units at an ok price but worth the money because they make you feel like your family and I've never had any problems with security at this facility like I've I've had at other facilities. I'm sad I am leaving

Huge gated storage units. Management and staff are all great and friendly. They offer forklifts and pallet jacks.

They have the cheapest prices for storages in Anaheim. They offer dollys , appliance dollys, and an attachment for your trucks to bring your stuff over. Love this place to because the storages open from the outside and inside of the building for 2nd floor, and offer a lift.

I've been renting here for a couple years. it's a great storage place.
