I was introduced to BMR Insurance by my prior agent after he decided to step away from the insurance business. I’m grateful that he chose Gary Arch with BMR Insurance to take over his clientele. Gary has superseded my expectations in every way. He reached out to make a personal introduction, took the time to listen and understand my business and its insurance needs, worked hard to give me several different insurance coverage options, and was always prompt to reply to my questions by email. Buying insurance can be a challenge, but Debra at BMR made it super easy and painless. We discussed options + budget and then she helped us pick just the right policies. Debra took all the stress out of the process. She never once made us feel pressured into choosing something one way or the other, she just discussed pros and cons so we could make an informed decision. Every one I have spoken to at BMR has been super nice and helpful too. Super thankful I found them.

The management company I was working with recommended BMR so I reached out. Gary got back to me very quickly and made the whole process very easy. BMR has always been helpful and efficient in providing information regarding changes to my policy, any additional questions/advice I've had about other insurances such as "homeowners insurance" and other policies for personal items (i.e.: jewelry). BMR also provides great incentives for customer loyalty and multiple-policy clients. Their prices are competitive and the service is personal.
