The service was spot on and the remedy is working well. I went to several shops to see if they could replace the ABS module and make it work, unfortunately they gave me a dog and pony show, but you had the right gear and a positive attitude to complete the task at hand.
A job well done and I will recommend your shop to many.

These guys are absolutely amazing at what they do all the way fom the office guys to the mechanics themselves. Went in for some issues with my Nissan Xterra as soon as I gave the ok they got right to it and the same day car was up and running. Highly recommending these guys to everyone from now on.

The service here was excellent. They hired a new guy, Griffin & he did a great job at the front desk. The repairs turned out awesome. I will use them only. Unless I can't because I live a hr away. They are that good.

My car was a tough one, but Brian and the rest of the guys got my car to pass smog. A job well done.

I brought my 2007 Jeep Wrangler in to get a vehicle inspection and maintenance done. The owner and front office were very helpful and friendly. Discussed with us everything they would check and kept in contact with us. Their website to check the status of the vehicle was user friendly. I picked up my car and Randy helped me out, he was knowledgeable and very friendly and explained to me the Napa warranty as well. I’ll bring my Jeep back here again for my car needs.

Love this place! They were straight forward and consists of hard working people. I know other places that would cut maybe 200-400 off my estimate, but these guys are sure to get the job done and they know how to do business. I just came in for a pre-purchase inspection and i recently had one not too long ago at a different place, and here, they found way more things, one being a big safety issue. The best part is they document it all with photos that’s sent to your phone. Second opinions are now easier and cheaper, since i won’t have to get a whole other inspection. Would 100/10 recommend this place. They’re all very kind and do the job well. Brian was mainly helping me out when I came in and absolutely killed it, answered all my questions and got me on my way quickly. Hustlers here!

Not being from California, I relied on internet reviews to help guide me to where my car would be in safe hands to drive cross country back to the East Coast. The reviews did not disappoint. Brian and his team took wonderful car of my car and made sure my car was in good shape for a cross country drive. Prices were great and the team was so personable. This out of state nurse is so thankful!

Very friendly and professional. I feel they're very honest as they told me there was a repair that needed to be done but not immediately and it wouldn't affect anything. They said I could do it later and it wouldn't cause any damage but I decided to do it anyways. I trust the guys at Bob's, which is saying a lot as I am a single older woman. They never make me feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. Thank you Bob's automotive for your excellent service practices.

While I haven't had a car completely serviced here, I would happily bring my car for service here for now on. Story time... My wife was driving to work and a giant piece of metal was on the road. My wife tried to avoid it but was unsuccessful. Punched a hole through the bumper and the radiator. The car immediately shut off and we're stuck trying to find a shop to get it towed to. Google was apparently listening as I saw a YouTube ad for Orozco's while waiting for the tow truck. Looked them up and saw they had great reviews on Google. Gave them a call and Bryan helped set us up to take the car. When my wife arrived, Bryan helped get her situated and drove my wife himself to Enterprise around the corner. The progress system they had is great and we could easily look up what their progress and assessment of the damages. Ultimately, with a bind we were in with the car rental, we did have to have the car towed to another body shop only because that would resolve issues we were having with the insurance company. But through the whole ordeal, Bryan was VERY helpful. When our adjuster went to take a look at the car, he even texted my wife just to comment that he was impressed with Bryan's customer service. Although our car is not being fixed here, they definitely have won my business and we will be coming back here for any car service/issues we have in the future. Big shout out to Bryan!

Paid $450 for new tire rod install, tire alignment, and ESC sensor reboot. They did a 30 point inspection that identified deep crack on inside wall rear tire and provided 3 price quotes for diff priced/quality tires. They will offer to drive you home and pick you up after job is done. They communicated excellently with with updates and options. Overall, yes the labor cost may be a bit higher but if your a fan of quality work, communication, and customer service...give them a try!

I'm a new customer referred by a nearby body shop owner. We actually came in for another potential problem, but when Brian took the vehicle out for a test drive he heard that we needed brakes, which we knew were going to be needed soon. He took the time to explain Orozco's 30 point inspection, which we are very impressed with. After reading what was suggested for future work, we spoke with Charles to decide what should be done now and what could wait till the next service. Charles was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining our choices.
