Roasting Water

So, for anyone who doesn't already know, yesterday March 14, 2024 marked the
beginning of the new “Roasting Water 199 Restaurant''. For me, personally, and maybe some others too, we saw it as the return of Nha Hang 1.99’s food menu because for those who don’t know, before Roasting water, it was Nha Hang 1.99 and when it was converted to a boba tea house, it was Nha Hang no more (“nha hang” means “restaurant” in Vietnamese). If you’re searching to learn more about the promo, here’s what you need to know:
- Each food item is on special only on their specified dates, which can be found below their advertised promotional price in the Grand Opening menu. This promotion will run through the remainder of March until mid April
- Each food item requires the purchase of a Roasting Water beverage to get the promotional price
- Available only for dine-in, there is no To Go and there is an extra charge for to go containers

Finally, if you’re wondering if it’s as good as it used to be, I’d say it’s exactly just that, and now with fancier drinks!

This is one of my favorite dessert drinks ever! A great variation of flavors and toppings. Plus their merchandise is affordable and cute! 💜💙

Makes me feel like I'm in my kitchen. The place is small but it's quite which I like..the cashiers are so nice love coming in and feeling welcome.

I found this place because people were dropping off the glass bottles at my local thrift store. I fell in love with the chocolate drink. I absolutely love that you also get a reusuable bottle with each drink.

A little hidden, but they have great drinks and the cutest glasses and cups to get your drinks in. I love the atmosphere of the Fountain Valley location, very whimsical and chill to hang out with friends. I admit I come here just to see what new glasses they have for my drink that day :) - Their fruit teas are the best!! (The panda picture if from their Long Beach Town Center location - FYI)

Great quality drinks and bottles! Each cold drink comes with a very nicely decorated glass bottle. I got the pink guava lemonade and it tastes great and the bottle is really nice to keep :). Would definitely come here again.

This coffee is better than Starbucks. It have more of a real coffee taste and i got the Caramel Macchiato and it comes with the cutest bottle. This was my second time go to Roasting Water. Thanks guys :D coffee was delicious.

I try going here everyday. Just because they have my favorite drink (royal mango) it’s so refreshing I try to have it every morning. Customer service is fantastic here. They already know me and remember what I’m getting. They’re always fast and friendly. The cups are so cute and the place it really fun to look around! Great place over all!!

I love this little coffee shop. The drinks taste great, are very well priced, and the reusable cups they serve you in are to die for. A friend brought me here once and I've taken all my friends there since. The decor and atmosphere are very unique in the best way possible.

My kids and I loved the drinks and the places decoration.

I love this place. It's super unique.
The glass bottles are worth it enough for me to keep going but the drinks are great just adding to magic of it all for me.
Can't wait to go again.

I've yet to have a drink that's bad. Maybe a couple that aren't my favorite, but otherwise, great! Gotta love the cute cups you get with your drink. Honestly, I like to reuse them at home.

My personal favorite drink is the Avocuddle Buddy. I never really got into the avocado drink train until Roasting Waters. Living in San Diego and searching for a replacement has been a disappointment. Every time I'm in the area, I try to stop for an Avocuddle Buddy.

Love this place. It's clean, fresh look and all their drinks and smoothies are amazing. Extremely fond of their decor it's very cute and not to mention their merchandise. Coffees are a lot better than any other coffee shop and not loaded with sugar.

I love this place! It's one of the best and most unique drink shops that combines interesting flavors and let's you choose two add ons for free in your drinks! Things like Boba and Chai seeds and chocolate smoothies. Very great place, definitely recommend a visit, and you even get to keep the bottles!

Amazing Boba shop! The staff are very friendly and y serve all their drinks in very artistic bottles and they have greatly priced merch for sale as well, great ambiance with amazing music always providing a great atmosphere for studying or hanging out alone or with friends/family. The drinks all taste amazing and the staff pointed out that all drinks are even made with real fruits, no chemicals or pre made! Overall an amazing place to go whether you wish to quench your thirst or enjoy a welcoming and fun atmosphere

I always enjoy going to Roasting Water on my day off! I have liked every drink I have tried at any Roasting Water location! I have to say the best part is that they have different containers every week that I do collect!

This is a hidden gem , the staff is always so ready to serve, they provide a very warm welcome, fast service and the drinks are so yummy and fresh.

Had a networking meeting here. Loved the concept and the ambiance was perfect for meeting someone new for the first time. Would be a cool place to study or get some work done while enjoying a unique and refreshing beverage.
