I am beyond satisfied by my tankless water heater and water softener installation. The entire process was high caliber. The customer service staff set me up quickly and competently. Particularly, Shannon was very knowledgeable about my requests and personable. We got a very comprehensive inspection of our current tank installation and a prompt menu of recommendations. All of our questions were answered at an expert level so we were excited and confident in our choices. The installers were seasoned and well managed, and the finished product was executed perfectly!

I was looking for a company to come out and clean all the ducks. John came out promptly and on time. John was friendly and honesty about the price and what I need. He also "inspected" my attics and told me everything would be safe to use.

Our heater/furnace stopped working & we needed it to be fixed. JR was our technician & he was Awesome. He was able to diagnose the issue right away. He had to order the part but he was able to get it in earlier than expected. He came back & got out heat working for us with the New parts. He was very professional and so honest about our options. I had a very positive experience with Ethan. He came to flush my water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did and excellent job explaining some things that needed to be done to avoid any problems in the future. He also checked whole housing plumbing and was very honest and thorough. Luckily no problems there but he did make a suggestion how to take care of an unusual drip in a shower head. This is my second purchase with Dial One Sonshine and I’m quite happy with both. Juan C (water heater with expansion tank over a year ago) and Matt G. (duct replacement with air scrubber this week) were the lead on each project and they were both amazing. Very professional, super knowledgeable about their products and going above and beyond to help, with great follow-through. As a company, Dial One Sonshine does NOT offer the cheapest quotes, but they are thorough with no hidden fees and, in my experience, the quality service they offer can make up for the higher quotes. With the water heater, age alone was a helpful reference for me to assess Juan’s recommendation to replace the unit. On top of that, my neighbor’s recent bad experience with a “cheaper” quote helped me better evaluate Dial One Sonshine’s quote for what it was really worth. Since Dial One Sonshine’s quote already included everything needed to bring the new system up to code, our out-of-pocket expense ended up being comparable, if not cheaper, to our neighbor’s final cost but we knew upfront what we were going to pay and were able to avoid extra surprise costs (and frustrations!!) along the way to get the job done right. Once the new unit was installed, we immediately noticed a HUGE difference (water gets HOT now!) and continue to be happy with it a year later. For the duct work repair, the first time this was brought to my attention last summer, Dial One Sonshine’s quote seemed disproportionately too high. At this year’s maintenance checkup, after revisiting the current condition of the duct system, Matt was better able to go over options, explain potential benefits as they relate to our family needs and help us find the best choice and decide to proceed with Dial One Sonshine for this job as well. Matt also remained engaged throughout the project, ensuring that the installation team was on top of it. As a team, Mauricio, Robby and Chris were also very professional and efficient and did a great job. While it is early to review the efficiency / effectiveness of the air scrubber, I could immediately feel a difference in the air flow with the new ducts (stronger but quieter, not labored) and can see how it will improve our air quality and allow us to make the most of our AC unit and enjoy cool and clean air from now on. I have been working with Dial One Sonshine for many years and I find their service to be outstanding and competitvely priced. I recently had the need to replace my HVAC system in the house and the work was completed in one day. The installation crew performed the install professionally. They never had an issue with my questions and took the time to answer them thouroughly. They agreed to install my purchased thermstat and stayed with the install until it was operating. Their maintenance program is outstanding and highly effective. During routine services they insure my HAVC system and Water heater service both were opertaing with no significant issues. They also inform you of of any upcoming issue that are developing with your HVAC and Water heater / house plumbing. During a routine service they identified major concerns with the force air heater in my house. They took pictures of the issues, explained what the results would be if I let these issue continue, and recommeded multiple solutions I had to continue using the system ssafely. In this particuar case I deceided to purchase of a new HVAC system for the home. Dial One Sonshine's price was by far the best I received and I elected to have them do the job. Finally, I truly apprecited the communications I received during the process. I always knew when the Dial One team was on the way. That made my schedule easily manageable. I enjoyed working with Dial One Sonshine and highly recommend their services. If you are looking for plumbing or HVAC service look no further than Dial One Sonshine. Give them a shot at earning your business, I don't think you will regret doing so.

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

Ethan did an excellent diagnostic job on getting to the bottom of a loud screeching sound near my water heater .Time and time again ,I’ve been really impressed with Ken’s staff of hard workers that do an impressive job. Bravo to the owner Ken for having such a great team of knowledgeable plumbers and electricians working together as a team effort. Quite impressive how well they all work together to solve any problems you may be having. I literally gathered so much information from Ethan as he is a walking encyclopedia . Clearly I can say this company is absolutely top notch and the best .

If you’re looking for someone reliable you can trust to come into your home and do proper work dial one sonshine are the guys to call. Manny and JR not only helped my mother out with her mobile home heating unit, but they offered to help put in some lightbulbs that my 86 year old mother couldn’t put in herself due to her disability. Makes me feel at ease knowing someone is looking out for my mom while I’m overseas. Manny even helped her with her groceries the week after on his day off. The hairs on my arm are standing up from the chills I get thinking about how awesome these dudes are. What a rock star 🤘

This was my first time using Dial One … Plumber Bert arrived on time, was very cordial and professional and at the same time easy to talk to - I felt like a family member had just come over to help me. Not only did they fix my clogged toilet. They inspected all other sinks and pipes in the house and gave me a recommendations and estimates of what I might eventually need - with no pressure. I’m glad I used this company.

I was notified by gas company I have a gas leak and service was shut down. Called Dial One and they responded same day. Evaluated the problem and gave a fair price. Work will be completed in one day with minimal disruption. Very professional crew in office and in the field.

Amazing company! Whenever you have a plumbing issue, it’s often an emergency and you need someone to come asap! It was easy to schedule a same day appt and they updated the technician’s arrival. Bert, the technician was fantastic to deal with. He updated me with what was wrong and what needed to be done. He sent photos along the way and was super easy to work with. He was patient and kind. I’m glad that I used this company and will call them the next time I need a wonderful plumber!

They came out quickly and had all the proper tools and technology to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue. I had a washer drain that was backing up and the pipes were old and could not be cabled. They ended up replacing some pipe in the wall and doing a major de-scaling of the inside of the drain pipe to the main sewer line. It requires a big & expensive machine. It saved the old pipes but it did cost a lot for these services. All in all, great services and quality work with higher than normal pricing.

Thank you Corina, for the updates. My tech, Isaac, showed up within the designated time, listened to my issue, and then confirmed my suspicion, about this being an issue with a shared sewer line. Helped me contact my HOA, and explained the situation. Thanks to him, I saved some big bucks.
