Oh my goodness, after expend more than two weeks here in California I finally found a Dunkin Donut, I have my favorite Dragon Drink. I have the usual large size with lemon juice. Love these service. Thank you all ☺🥰

This Dunkin Donuts is a great spot for good coffee and good customer service. The general manager is excellent with customers and the evening crew has Seth, Juan and Cesar and Joseph. Good people with good service. Everyone loves the Donuts and coffee. PS, as the one bad employee you have is cashier 216440. She has a very bad attitude.

Love all the Holiday Donuts and coffees no matter the season they have something for YOU. Today got a great coffe try the peanut butter cup ice 🧊 macchiato yummy every season they'll have something new come and try it

I love DD! The first thing that I noticed walking in was the orange railing to guide the handicap ramp leading up to the entrance into the store. My favorite part as I enter is the "D" door handle! The theme throughout the store was very pleasant! Everything was DD which was very cute to me because all of my kids are named with a "D"!

I especially love the service here! Hector was quick to greet me as I approached the counter! He was very patient & helped me pick out the perfect selections of donuts & munchkins! He went above & beyond to separate my large order of munchkins by the choices that each of my kids picked! This definitely made my kids campers & sold me to come back again! My coffee was perfect with a added shot of espresso.

The employees reflects the management. The manager Martha always greets me as I walk in. I thought it was out of customer service courtesy. But I just learned that she genuinely recognizes me by face & notices when I go MIA for awhile.

I do wish that they carry my favorite plain Old Fashioned Munchkins! I did not let the little things bother me! I went ahead & ordered the large size. It tasted just the way I like it as a kid!

Fantastic customer service from Kimberly. This is the way to start your morning. Really big smile from the staff and a great cup of coffee.

I went through the drive thru and was met with a friendly voice coming out of the intercom. I had tried the avocado toast at another Dunkin Donuts location and decided to try this location since I had my urge for one near my house. It was just as good and prepared well.

This Dunkin is SUPERIOR the workers are quick to get your order out and very friendly. I have found myself coming by a couple times a week in the morning because the service is good and the coffee is great. I strongly recommend the snackin bacon and mini donut holes.

This shop is so busy in the drive through. Long line driving in almost someone got accident because bumper to bumper. Store needs to do something about it in order to serves faster and safety for driving through.

So I don'y live in Riversie or Orange County. The last DD I see was at Beach and Lincoln that closed down in the mid nineties when they closed just about all West Coast locations. So this would technically be my 1st visit and well over 20 years. My son ordered some Orange Sunday something or other coffee blend and I got a mocha Frappuccino. However they technically don't call them mocha Frappuccino's here because it's a mocha frap at McDonald's and it's mocha frappuccino at Starbucks so they're not allowed to call it that. Nonetheless I enjoyed it more than the Starbucks drink even though 2 mediums are $13 opposed to 2 large being just unbeing just under $11 at the other place

I still am having problems with the customers and how some of them are very disappointing! You could be just doing your own thing and a customer who you don't know will completely start disrespecting you!Making you feel your visit so uncomfortable!You would be looking at like what's the problem. I was really being harassed when all I was doing was trying to enjoy my visit at the Dukin Donuts store I had visited! Thanks.

I was a huge Starbucks fan before I met Dunkin donuts. Nice place. I have my ice coffee there every morning. The bagels, the donuts are all yummy. Super friendly staff. I always look forward to getting the best, friendly service there. Love you guys.🌷😘👍🌟

The breakfast deal is great. I've been there twice and both times I've spent my time enjoying my breakfast and latte rather than standing in a line. I came about 7:30ish and 8ish, both times parking was not a problem. The tables were clean, and the cashiers were very helpful. The second time I had my 6yr old with me, their patience was appreciated. My son had the croissant egg, bacon, and cheese, I had the same sandwich but on a bagel, a Medium coffee and a kids hot chocolate all for under $10! The price was lovely and the meal was delish. We'll be dropping by more often. 🤗

This Dunkin' Donut is nice, especially because it's a remodeled one so it has a drive thru. The inside is clean. The service was great and the employees were really nice and courteous with all properly wearing a facemask over their mouth and nose. Ordered the iced coffee and a donut. Prices have gone up since I last came here and the donuts seemed to have gotten smaller since I last came here albeit it's been years. The donut I got was Chocolate Long John, I think. I asked for the one with the cream filling. There isn't much cream inside because it is so deep in the middle. The dough seems dense so feels a bit chewy as you eat it. But coffee prices are still competitive compared to other coffee shops and tastes pretty good. I would recommend coffee here but recommend donuts somewhere else like Krispy Kreme for cream filled which isn't too far from this location, or a supermarket like Walmart for cheap doughnuts. The Dunkin' Donut doughnut is still good and other selections look good but not as much as other places.

As I reside less than a mile away, have been there often. Since COVID-19, have only gone through the drive-thru. Gladly, have ALWAYS had xlnt service with friendly staff + decent coffee :)

Place was very clean and the staff was very nice. I got an iced latte recommended that I've never tasted before and it was great. I definitely see myself going back for more coffee.

This is the only Dunkin that I go to simply because they know how to butter my bagel so that the butter melts. Other locations can’t seem to get the butter to melt for some reason, I’m guessing they don’t care. This location however puts the perfect amount on each time.
