Easiest real estate transaction I have ever done! Recently I've hired movers to move across the country, bought a new house, and sold my old house. Working with Jack Swillinger and OC Home Buyers was so painless and easy. I put some information on their website and before I set my tablet down I got a call from Jack. He was good with explaining the process and presented a very respectable offer. Escrow was only a few weeks and the closing was easy. Husband was retiring and we planned to move up north. OC Home Buyers gave us a price for our home that we couldn't refuse. It was so easy. No last minute people stopping by to see the house. No stressing about fixing little things here and there. It was the best choice for us.

There were items we were unable to take. OC Home Buyers donated those items to the charity of our choice, children's cancer.

The only thing I would recommend is make sure you are ready to move out the day escrow closes. We thought you close escrow and had 3 days to move out, that was not the case for us. We had to move out 3 days earlier than anticipated and 10% of our funds from the sale of our home were held until we vacated the property. Note: Funds were immediately released upon verification we vacated the property.

We would definitely go this route again.

OC SCAMMER ALERT. They will contract with you a price. String you along a couple weeks then tell you a much lower price or they will back out. I hope they don’t claim to have old fashion honest conservative OC ethics. Lol.
