This place is very efficient and super well done! You order and get to try the drink for any modifications before paying. The coffee was so great, no changes needed. Would definitely recommend the banana coffee. There is ample seating and a nice relaxing atmosphere. A great stop for sure!

I had an iced coconut latte, and it was too cold for the weather today! However, I can see why it is a popular menu item - it is unlike any other latte specialty I’ve ever tried. The people were quick to whip up my order. I ordered an accompanying banana bread because it was a recommended pasty apart from the ham and cheese croissant and guava cheese croissant.
I devoured the banana bread $4!
I couldn’t finish the coconut latte $7!
However, I liked the general spaciousness of the cafe and the motorbike branding.
There’s a good amount of seating. A good place to work or chat with friends. I read a review commenting on the air freshener being a bit too strong - it is. Still a lovely cafe!

Delicious Vietnamese coffee place! A bunch of delicious flavors! I had the banana flavor. Go to the server counter first and ask to try any flavor. If you like it, tell them to make it, then go to the cashier counter and pay.

Phin Smith is in the heart of Garden Grove's Main Street. There are several great coffee shops to choose from, however, Phin Smith's is my favorite. They offer unique flavors of coffee, a nice selection of patesseries, and always A+ customer service. The atmosphere is inviting, and it's a great place to bring your mobile office and get some work or school work done. Be sure to check this one out!

I love phin smith. My favorite is their rose latte and my husbands favorite is their coconut blended coffee. Service is always really nice and they’re super fast on drinks.

The cashier had now been moved to the right which makes a lot more sense.

The line was deceiving. It was long but it moved pretty quick. We got a traditional Vietnamese iced coffee and a Freestyle Vietnamese iced coffee. The freestyle makes it slightly sweeter not too much of a difference in my opinion from the traditional. Both very delicious and rich in flavor. Not from the area but if I happen to be in Garden Grove I’d make the effort to come back for sure. The staff was also very friendly despite the line and crowds.

Great spot! I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The latest time I was here, I got a banana coffee, it was flavorful and definitely a strong coffee. All other options on the menu are great too! You can’t go wrong with their phin style sua da, it’s excellent.

This coffee shop is absolutely spectacular. The customer service you receive here is very top-notch and impressive. You order whatever coffee you would like and you don’t have to pay if you do not like it, you can just get it re-made. The coconut ice coffee is one of the best coffee’s I have ever had hands-down. And the picture below you will see it is absolutely wonderful. If you were in the area you definitely have to try this coffee shop.

Overall great coffee and wonderful experience. No changes to drinks so "as is" it is to not change the recipe. Makes ordering quick and easy. The iced drinks are so pretty when served in layers. Once mixed, the flavor is solid. Love coming here as a treat.

It was my first time visiting LA and this coffee place. I ordered the coconut ice coffee with my family (not sure what the exact name was called) It tasted amazing, it beats any ice coffee in the world in my opinion. I'm trying to remake it at home but its impossible haha. If anyone is looking for a cafe place visit Phin Smith. Staff was nice. The bakery goods looked good too.

Some of the BEST drinks I’ve ever sipped! I’ve ordered my go-to melon matcha over 10x now, and they’ve never disappointed - consistency is key and they hit it on the dot. They’re set up also allows for a personal touch when your order - your order is placed with the same person making your drink. I love that aspect! Other favorites include their traditional iced Vietnamese coffee. Expect a line, but it moved quick and worth the wait.

Got the coconut coffee of course. Amazing as usual double shot so will be extra wired. Well worth the detour to the airport to pick it up.

We ordered coconut coffee and Taiwanese sea salt coffee. It's the best. It's so good. The combination of coconut and coffee is the best. But unfortunately, Taiwanese sea salt coffee didn't suit my taste. The employees were also very kind and friendly.

I love Vietnamese iced coffee and knew I had to give this place a try when another reviewer said that it’s better than 7 Leaves (which I love).

There was a line out the door but the staff were so efficient and friendly I was out the door with my drink in less than 5 minutes.

I got the large Vietnamese iced coffee with sea salt foam. It was smooth, creamy, and delicious (and better than 7 Leaves!) I’ll definitely be back for more.

I'm from Seattle. It's supposed to be the land of the Good drink/ coffee shop… it's been dethroned. Phin Smith was worth the trip to garden Grove and certainly the best part of my trip to Anaheim if you're around Disney, take a trip to garden Grove. Get one of the best drinks of your life.

Such a cute coffee shop. They have charcoal latte which I think is a special drink option and it tastes good also. Their Vietnamese coffee is also very strong and flavorful. The brand also has its own coffee bean product which you can buy and enjoy at home.

I recently got the 32oz Cold Brew big can for togo and it was amazing. It was refreshing and energizing, and it lasted me for a couple of days. It was a great deal for the quality and quantity of coffee. I will definitely get it again next time I visit.
