great service. dont know why people dont like the service. pay every quarter. cheaper than my last co. usally you have to pay a big down payment . not here at least i dont have bill for 3 months

They charge too much.

My policy lapsed, while connected to my credit card. Somehow payments didn't go through. Don't know why they wouldn't contact someone directly for an issue like that. But anyway now I have to take all the ridiculous steps to fix it. What a joke of an insurance company.

Crooks!!! Paid my first E&O payment and turned around a few days later and cancelled. They said that I would not be getting a refund for my initial payment. I feel like they have stole my $140.
