My two nephews ages 6& 9 love this dentist. Always looking forward to their next visit !! The environment is really kid friendly, beautiful paintings on the wall and a plus is that you can watch a movie with them as you wait (: 10/10 a hidden gem ✨

They have a hygienist. Hailey is the best . She provides quality cleanings. She takes the time to go over oral hygiene and explains the areas where we need to improve on . Adult days are Thursdays only .

My two boys have been coming here for a little over a year . Making their dental appointments regularly every six months . It has been an awesome experience for them . This office is equipped with Disney plus and televisions on every chair . Everyone there is kid friendly. Best of all it has the best toy room with great prizes for their after care . The boys look forward to returning every chance they can get . Oc Tooth Fairy Dental has helped them enjoy going to the dentist .

My daughters had been to 2 other places before we went to this place by recommendation from a friend, and it has been 4-5 years since. My daughters are so comfortable every times they are there. We have no complaints at all.

We unfortunately had a very traumatizing experience here when I brought my son in for a baby root canal. The staff are all very friendly but considering that they are supposed to specialize in children, I was very upset with the way my son's treatment was handled. I did tell them that my son has anxiety when it comes to shots (he's only 5 years old) and I also told them that both myself and my mother have always had issues getting completely numbed during dental procedures. I told them this because I was worried that the same thing may happen with my son and I didn't want him to feel any pain during the treatment. He did ok at first but once they started drilling, he began telling them that he was in pain. The dentist completely dismissed him when he said he was in pain until he finally couldn't take it anymore and began twitching and screaming. I had to stop her and request that she give him more pain medication. She did give him more but she didn't wait any period of time for it to take effect so he started screaming and violently thrashing around trying to avoid them hurting him. They were very adamant that he was just being dramatic because he was nervous so they had 3 people physically hold him down and pried his mouth open with a rubber square to force him to keep his mouth open while he screamed and tried to escape. I should have just stopped it and walked out of there but they had already drilled his tooth open and exposed the nerve and kept insisting that he shouldn't be in pain. SHOULDN'T. Meaning they really didn't know. My son told me after that he absolutely WAS in pain. He indicated that he felt the same pain when they were drilling as he did when his tooth was hurting him when he ate food. That is nerve pain, not pressure as the dentist was telling me. I felt so horrible having put him through that. I drove home with both of us crying in the car while I apologized profusely to my poor child. We were supposed to go back to have 2 other cavities filled but I canceled the appointment and found a REAL pediatric specialist that does sedation dentistry for patients like my son. I do acknowledge that my son was a difficult patient but considering that he's only 5 years old I thought they would have known how to handle him. With the way he was thrashing and screaming I really wish they would have just stopped and referred us to somewhere that offered sedation. I've spoken to 3 different dentists now that have explained that the way this procedure was carried out was actually dangerous. 1. Because he's so young with limited ability to describe what he was feeling, they truly could not have known whether or not he was in pain. 2. He was wildly thrashing his whole body making it very difficult for them to do their jobs and they could have hurt him or caused further damage to his tooth/surrounding area just due to him not staying still.
He was definitely a candidate for sedation dentistry and as dental professionals they should have known that. Just because they don't offer sedation here doesn't mean they should have continued the procedure the way they did. They should have stopped and sent us somewhere else. I truly cannot express how emotionally upsetting this whole experience was or how guilty I felt as a mother afterwards.

It was truly awful and I hope no one else has an experience like this here.
