This place is the best! Super chill, modern vibes, always great music playing in there, the barbers there are all friendly, and most importantly, the cuts are great! Kassandra is my go to, and she always has me looking top notch. Highly recommend for a high quality look for a reasonable price!

I go here to get cuts from Kevin and they're always so clean his fades are always on point and he definitely has an eye for perfection. He's really personable and will make sure you're comfortable. The shop itself is clean and the vibes are great. Highly recommend this place and Kevin if you're looking for a barber you can trust!

I’ve been going to EightNine for the past 3 years and have never had a bad cut.
I 100% recommend Kevin, Noel, or Cass; I personally go to Kevin, because the first time I walked in, he had an opening, and gave me an even better haircut than I was expecting. Needless to say, he’s been my barber ever since.
But I’ve seen all of their work, and all three of them give phenomenal haircuts. Also, Kevin even does braids if that’s something y’all want.

Kevin is my first real barber, and I haven’t switched up on him since I got my first fade from him. He’s gotten me right from mullets all the way to buzz fades, and I always leave the shop looking and feeling my best. He takes his time and makes sure you’re highly satisfied with your cut, so I recommend that y’all go schedule appointments with him ASAP. Shoutout Kev

Solid barbershop! Edgar has been my barber for 2 years. He’s does a good job and accommodates all walk ins and appointments promptly. Seems like all the the barbers do. Definitely recommend. They also take card which is a major plus

I went to Eighty Nine Barbers for a haircut and, as always, received a great cut by Kat! She is pleasant and extremely skilled which keeps me coming back even though it’s a 25 minute drive. And I’ve NEVER been disappointed! You’ll love this place!

A nice place to get a haircut for all in the family! After much searching and trying different "hair saloons" I found this gem of a place. The variety of haircuts selection is ample, and they can custom tailor your haircut if you are looking for a one of a kind cut. I highly recommend the full services options since not only they are great to make your look groomed, But also provide the best bang for your buck. I get the executive service and I feel like a millionaire the whole week afterward LOL! The owner is very down to Earth, The staff is top notch service. I followed Kat from SportsClips to EightNine Barbers and it is my go to place for haircuts and beard maintenance. I’m probably aged out of their target market but I’m always greeted when I arrive and thanked for my patronage when I leave. Great customer service transcends generational divides. I enjoy the white noise created by the sports on the big screen tv combined with the hip hop background music and electric clippers and blow dryers. There are usually multiple conversations happening between customers and stylists that you would expect to hear in a location like this. The web site is easy to use to book appointments but from my experience, walk ins have been welcomed as well.

Dre has cut my hair 3 times now. He did a taper and beard line up my first visit and then cut my hair a week before my wedding and again right before I got married. He took his time and listened to my needs. Executed exactly what I wanted. One reason why I respect Dre’s work is because he can use scissor over comb to blend in the sides. I have struggled for years to find someone that can fade and blend with scissors. Everyone else at the shop is polite and greets me when I walk in. The energy is very family friendly.

After a lot of bad barbers I started dreading getting my haircut. My girlfriend found one of the barbers on tiktok (wish I could remember his name but he works in the back by the wash station).

As soon as I saw how he shaped hair and worked with scissors, and the results of his posted cuts I knew this guy was going to be good.

He gave me a mid fade, fixed up my uneven hair from past barber mistakes and I left the chair feeling damn good. Definitely coming back.
