Bought a 2012 Honda Civic. Hunter was awesome, very easy going and did not pressure me. I've had the vehicle over a month now, no problems. I checked all over the place, and these guys had the best prices hands down. Would Def recommend .

Buying your first car can feel overwhelming and you shouldn't have to do it alone. I was looking for my daughters best friend and came across a great deal at Beach Auto Group. Our sales rep Hunter was absolutely amazing from the time we stepped on the lot, until we drove away. He sat through two vehicle test drives, printed out the carfax reports and answered all our questions. There was never a feeling of hassle, haggle or pressure at anytime. After signing the purchase paperwork and receiving the keys, we all agreed that it felt as if we were leaving a friend's house. There's great customer service and then there's Hunter. This was the most effortless, fun, lol, and memorable car buying experience ever. Thanks Hunter....You ROCK!!

Super friendly no pressure. Checking on a couple of things and hopefully buying Mon! They let tou take your time and the vehicles seem in good shape. Update- I bought the car that Mon. They had been having issues with getting the title to buyers. But a large part of it is the Covid thing. They seem to have it worked out now and I received my title within the month after I purchased the vehicle. They really did do a good job!! Thank you Hunter for your patience and help!!!

I had a good experience. Staff is great, very friendly and didn’t pressure me at all. Ended up finding a good deal on a Prius. Not a huge dealership, but they have a good selection. I would definitely recommend.

Beware! It has been 11 months and I still have not received the pink slip or registration for a car that I purchased here. And now, he is not returning my calls. The car that I bought for my son is still registered in someone else's name 11 months later, and the DMV can't help me because this dealership has still not sent in the paperwork. I understand that problems happen, but to 'ghost' someone in this situation isn't cool

Hunter was helpful and not pushy during the buying process during September of 2020. However, we had a written agreement that he'd buy the LED bulb to replace the tail light that was out when I looked at the car. He said he would mail it out to me as soon as possible. I waited for several weeks after I purchased the car and took it home, and still had nothing. I was calling fairly regularly to check in on the bulb (and the documents which were supposed to arrive by mail within 6-8 weeks, which I STILL haven't received after over three and a half months), and he told me it hadn't shipped yet. He apologized and went to purchase a different one. I thought all was well, but several weeks later, it still hasn't arrived and he has stopped picking up my calls and calling me back. (And I've been calling consistently every 2-3 days at this point.) If you're planning on buying a used car from here, just know that communication is going to be pretty non-existent if you need something. Even if it was on a written agreement.

UPDATE (Sept 2021): A couple months back I actually had to open a case with the DMV Department of Investigations in order to get my title, tags, etc. I'm extremely frustrated I had to go that far in order to get the paperwork I was supposed to get when buying my car. Oh, and I still didn't receive the tail light that was on our signed agreement. (I was notified that letting me drive off the lot without a working tail light is actually illegal. So there's that too.) There's so much more I can say about my experience, but I'm not going to waste my breath. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a year of frustration just for a decent vehicle. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This Hunter guy is one of those who would lie to you if you asked him: what's the time.
I just solved my 10-month-no-registration case with this guy. Here are some tips: 1, Call the DMV Investigation Office about your situation; 2, If they can't help you soon or you are tired of waiting, then just ask the investigator which insurance company this dealership is working with. Call the insurance company and ask them to build a case. Hunter would call you the next day to tell you that he has good news.

Make sure you check the car thoroughly before buying. I purchased a 2005 Acura TL and was told it was in good condition only to find out it needed new engine mounts, and possibly a transmission rebuild. I also never got the title transfer. I found out my tags weren’t paid and were passed due. Stay away from this dealership!!

**Update**
It’s now been over a year and a half and I still don’t have the pink slip/title transfer. I have submitted a formal complaint to the DMV, and was told one of my better options at this point would be to sue (which I am) since Hunter sold me a car without the rights to sell. Hunter does not answer calls/messages, or if he were to ever answer, he’d just make up a sorry excuse. Hopefully everyone who’s going through this can get this sorted out.

Nine months ago we bought a GMC Yukon from this company. The person who sold it to us is named Hunter. Nine months later, we still do not have the tags. We have gone there and called and texted constantly, and no results. He makes promises and breaks them. He does not call back when you leave him a message. We are so frustrated that we are ready to go to the police. Avoid this place at all costs.

We bought a car from him almost 8 months ago. We have not received the paperwork. He keeps coming up with excuses and now he doesn't answer any calls, texts, or emails. If anyone had the same problem, can you please write on here how you were able to solve it? We are desperate.

Update: We resolved our problem. It took 9 months for Hunter to submit the paperwork for the car. FYI it's NOT the DMV who is taking long to process the paperwork. It's Hunter who has not submitted it yet. We called Hunter an exhausting amount of times, sent him emails, text messages, and went to the dealer unannounced numerous times. When he wouldn't answer my husband's number, I would call him from mine. We also submitted a complaint to the DMV, BBB, and CA consumer affairs. Keep calling him, keep texting him, and go to the dealership ANY time you can. Keep putting pressure on him until he submits the paperwork. We received the registration the same day at a registration office right after Hunter submitted the necessary documents. Then we received the title from the DMV exactly 2 weeks after the registration was changed to my husband's name. I hope this helps someone.

I should've known something was wrong when one of the cars my son wanted to test drive needed to be jump started before we could test drive it. The car my son purchased smelled like something was leaking and against my advice, my son bought the car. They took almost a year to get the registration done for starters. but the real fun began when we had to put an additional $3300 into the car after we purchased it. My son is still paying for repairs on the car. They provided us with a CARFAX report on the car and it had a clean bill of health and i can tell that they have done way more work to that car than what was on the CARFAX to get it in working order. they are not interested in selling functional and working cars just at reduced price, they are buying lemons, doing just enough to get them working and selling them to the public. My son is still paying for repairs on the car and it is currently in the shop. He is going to sell it and start over. I advise you to avoid buying a car from these guys unless you want to be ripped off. the money you'll need to put into the car to get it working would allow you to buy something in a higher price range. STAY AWAY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
