Worst customer service ever. Never answer phone calls and let them goto voicemail. You won't get a response for weeks and by that time you've already called allstate direct to have an issue resolved. Emails sent with no responses as well. Would not recommend this agent if my policies were free of charge. Wound up taking my vehicle, and motorcycle policies elsewhere. Since this agent took over for Mandana Fry the previous agent, the special attention to detail went to the wayside. If I could give 0 stars I would. Hoping Allstate picks up on their lack of customer service and pulls out as a provider.

Do not work with these amateurs if you value service you pay $$ for and your time. They canceled insurance on my house without even informing us soon after we closed escrow. They’ve been paid a year up front. Shoddy work all around. Need to at least have some minimum command of English language if you are in a service industry.

Worst customer service. Doesn't update info. Yesenia is totally lost. Definitely needs to be educated on office duties. This office is a joke!!!!!
