the whole team at this location is the ONLY reason ive returned to AT&T for my cellular service. outstanding customer service skills. 10/5 stars still would not be enough.

Yesterday I went into the Auburn AT&T store for a new phone. I was greeted by an employee in training that notified me that I will be helped as soon as one of the other two sales employees were. After a brief moment I was greeted by another employee named Jake who helped me find the phone I needed. He walked me through all my options and wasn’t pushing anything on me. I let him know I was also looking to get a phone case and screen protector he found me a great case in my price range. Overall a great experience at the Auburn AT&T store. Jake was very knowledgeable and professional the whole time. Will be back next time I’m do for an upgrade.

Edward and Julian were extremely helpful setting us up with our new upgraded phones, new accessories, and Internet service all bundled in one easy to manage account. The customer service was excellent! They held our hand through the entire process and stayed after hour to ensure that we were all set. At&T is a great team and I will recommend their services to all my friends.

One of the greatest experiences of customer service I have ever received! Knowledgeable in products and always willing to work with you. Even when busy, you are greeted at the front door. This is more than a customer/salesperson experience, this is a place you feel invited and welcome.

Jake was so helpful from the moment I walked in the door. His customer service and attitude is amazing even though I wasn't very happy with at&t at the time Jake was able to resolve my issue and made the process smoothe and easy for me as a customer.

Excellent service from cameron! She helped me and my parents get samsung watches. We ordered them on Friday afternoon and got them Monday which was awesome! I'm so happy with mine and so are my parents. 10/10 would recommend

The staff at the Auburn store are top notch, they know their product. I’ve had several staff members assist me over the past year, there’s not a lame one among them. If you take my advice though, Ben the manager is my go-to team member. His patience while explaining my bill or how my device works is Job-like. The new store location is spacious, organized, and clean. I don’t feel like I’m in the way like I did at the old location. Keep up the great work Auburn!

I had the BEST experience !!!! Edward the manager was AMAZING!!! He fixed all my issues and helped me save money as well, he gave me so many potions and explained everything so calmly and nicely . i am overjoyed with this young man

Edward Bodo the store manager spent a ton of effort fixing previous account issues. He was able to solve a problem that has been ongoing for multiple months now. Before now I felt as though I was being passed onto the next representative, Edward spent 1 on 1 time fixing my issue. I’ve never left a review for someone before, but I couldn’t let this man’s work go unnoticed. Couldn’t be happier with my service today, even though it was time consuming

I recently went into this location and was very pleased with the customer service Julian gave me! He was very knowledgeable about multiple products that I was considering. I left with exactly what I was looking for and plan to return if I need anything in the future. I highly recommend Julian and this location!

My husband & I went in today to update our iPhones & Sebastian was the person who helped us. He was amazing!! Very patient with us & all our questions. He worked w/ us until all info had been loaded onto our new phones from the old ones & made sure everything was working correctly & that we were comfortable with how the new phones were working! We had LOTS of questions & he never made us feel like we were taking to much of his time! Really nice, personable guy with fantastic customer service skills!!

My Retail Sales Consultant, Hailee J. at Willow Creek Dr., Auburn office was very knowledgeable when I talked her on the phone about me purchasing my new phones. She impressed me so much that I had to go down and meet her and buy my phones and my accessories. She was very knowledgeable about the products and calling plans and was very patient with my husband and I. Very pleasant person to work with. Thank you Hailee J!

Sebastian is an awesome sales rep. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Very helpful. As of July they only allow a customer in if there are an equal number of employees which I found very annoying because I had to wait outside in the hot sun but despite that it was a good experience.

I very much appreciated the great service and help I received. Cameron and Dustin showed a lot of understanding of the S22 I purchased....and alot of patience to help me learn about my new phone!!

Great store, Skie and Edward provided the best customer service I could ever get they were also very efficient and knowledgeable of promotions and I ended up saving more then what I was paying with Verizon. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone.
