Normally, I never leave a review but after seeing all the bad reviews, it makes me feel a bit sadden. I have been coming here for years ever since I was little and my siblings goes here too. Everyone is so sweet and attentive. They’re very patient and take care of you, it makes you feel like you’re part of the family:-). I have not had much positive experiences within a medical setting but the treatment and care I’ve received here is nothing short of the best.
I would highly recommend visiting here, Brookhurst Dental Group to all my friends and family because they’re the best and it truly feel like you’re receiving the highest quality of dental care! ❤

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews- it actually scared me a little bcuz this is the only dentist in area that DentiCal recommended for what I needed: a root canal specialist. From the moment I came in, everyone was very nice and helpful. From the ladies in reception to the gentleman that took my xrays to Dr. Tan himself, I felt very comfortable and at ease that I was in good hands. The office is squeaky clean. This is a great place to go for dental work and they accept MediCal/DentiCal.

Was referred here by Western Dental for a root canal and crown. Just got done with my procedure and it’s perfectly done, virtually no pain, very satisfied.

Brookhurst feels like a luxurious office which I love. Well-kept, smells good and the chairs are somewhat more sturdy than average. Overall really good experience. Would come here again!

They take Medi-CAL and have multiple specialities in one place. Highly recommend. They were very kind and accommodating to my mom undergoing chemo. Highly recommend!

I moved to Houston but I chose to come back to Brookhurst Dental for all our teeth related services. I love how Dr. Tan & Tracy are super nice, especially Dr. Tracy has angel hands which gave me a painless experience. My boyfriend and I both had our deep cleaning done, teeth whitening and I had a new molding installed for my cracked tooth. Overall very satisfying experience and it’s totally worth it for me to fly all the way back to California for this!

My son goes here for braces, then I book him for regular check up. It’s a connivence where the office has all the treatment that you need. I don’t have to goes many places to do different treatment. Dr. Tan & Dr. Ta are great. A+++

This dental office is so new and clean. It’s very important to me. Also, I don’t have dental insurance and this place pricing is very reasonable. The dentist knows what he is doing and I’m happy w my crown

We have been coming to this office for years and I have never had a poor experience. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and Dr. Tan is the best! I recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dental clinic!

Not sure why some people say the staff is rude. They were pretty nice to me during my visit. The doctor did a pretty good job on my bridge. They have a lot of patients waiting when I was there.

For a person who doesn't like going to the dentists, I was incredibly surprised of how great the experience was and how I felt comfortable coming to this office. The staffs and doctors are very kind and respectful especially the front office person named Candy. Also, I really liked the staffs from the back office especially Brenda, she had me feeling very comfortable in her care. I also really enjoyed how the office was really nice and clean and everyone was very greeting. I am definitely coming back to this office, I highly recommend it!

I finally found a dental place that I would called my primary dentistry. It’s surprised me that the office staffs are so friendly and welcoming. Also, my first time there is absolutely a great experience and how quickly the process was. In addition to that, I got explained very well by Kim for cosmetic procedures. They also provide the orthodontist service here. Which I think is very convenient. That is like one shop stop. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

The office is really modern and clean. The staff is nice and communicate efficiently to walk me through the whole process of my treatment. Dr. Tan did an amazing job with my cosmetic veneers. I consulted a few offices and would say his price is on the lower end of the spectrum. However, the service and the result is definitely top notch. He's pretty funny too which helped ease my nerves before the treatment.

I have been a patient here since February 2020 knowing I would be spending quite some time getting work done. With great communication from the office manager, Stacy, who showed me what I needed done & what my options were, I felt comfortable moving forward with a full mouth restoration. Candy worked with my insurance to get as many of the procedures approved & made sure I was in the loop on everything being sent out/approved. Please keep in mind that approved procedures have expiration dates which I was not informed of & a couple of procedures that insurance did approve, lapsed, and later got denied thus coming out of my pocket later.

I have seen MANY dentists over the years and this has been the first office that treated me and my teeth with undivided care/attention. The office is recently renovated with new equipment, great entertainment for the patient, & everything is clean/organized. I have personally had the assistance of Brenda, Eric, and David who show exceptional care while assisting the specialists. Dr. Yuri performed 14 root canals & 4 extractions over a 6 month period. He has a gentle touch and a good hand, clearly he's been doing this a while! For my restoration I was in the hands of Dr. Tan who completed my top jaw with two bridges & 4 front veneers. It's really been a transformation from one year to the next & I am grateful to have a beautiful, new & improved smile thanks to the instrumental hands of Dr. Tan & his staff.

Nice office with great staffs and doctors. I came for root canal treatment because this is the only place that takes my insurance. The doctors are nice as well as the staffs. They greeted me when I walked in and feel very welcome to this office. I don’t know why they have some negative reviews maybe they are not happy with the prices I guess but to me the prices for my crowns are reasonable bc it’s not covered by my insurance. I also referred some of my friends to come here and it’s a recommend place to everyone who is looking for a family dentist.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. I was diagnosed with a bad position wisdom teeth and needed to be removed. Dr. Raffie was my specialist taking really good care of my case. He was fast, painless, and absolutely kind and friendly. In addition, the staffs are super nice and helpful, especially Amy and Kim. Also, they clean and sanitize equipment every time which is very important. I would recommend Chi, my favorite hygienist. Overall, I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The best Dental clinic I have ever been to, the interior offices look like a modern state of the art hospital,, the staff is very friendly in particular Candy, and Brenda. One is an X-ray technician and the other is a front office scheduler. I recommend you at least walk in, and check the place out and you decide, my bet you will stay. Both of these girls are bilingual English Spanish, not to mention the other staff members will vary between Italian, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese. All dental equipment is state of the art. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

Got referred here from a friend. I was skeptical at first bcz of all of these negative reviews but still want to try it. I have to say it is one if the nice clean dental office that I have been in with very reasonable price. Dr was nice and explained to me clearly before treatment. So I am not sure if these bad reviews were true. I ll definitely coming back for crown on the tooth that I just had root canal done. Also had my braces consult with the orthodontist and will start my braces here as well after crown. Would recommend this office to my friend.

The dentists (Dr. Tan and Dr. Yuri) are wonderful and the dental assistants too! Especially Brenda, Candy, Sa, and Thao! They are all so friendly and welcoming! I am very pleased with the work that I've gotten. The dentist offices are clean and elegant. My only complaint would be the lack of urgency that was displayed for my severe tooth infection. The front office staff should be more aware and knowledgeable with patients needs. Other than that... 5 stars!

The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and modernized. The doctors and dentists are friendly and knowledgable. I am wearing clear aligners now for 3 months and I am loving it. Their schedule is flexible and always on time.

Love this place! So helpful with all my dental needs. Explained every aspect of what my insurance covered so I could have optimum dental care. Loved loved loved Dr. Yuri! He saved a tooth for me when another dental office die a bad root canal. Nearly sobbed with relief when he showed me on the x-ray that it wasn't my imagination why a tooth still hurt after a root canal by another office. After new root canal by Dr. Yuri, the pain and infection left behind by the office slowly went away. So relieved that I wasnt a drama queen.
