Beautiful Lexus facility. I called the parts dept. And spoke to Richard he happens to have a Lexus like mine and new exactly what I needed. He was so very nice . They have a customer patio outside,and a Beautiful shop to purchase all kinds of Lexus items for you and your car. My next Svc will be here.

Johnathan was great and very helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my car and what services were required for my aging car. He accommodated my schedule by giving me enough time to pick up my car and return the loaner car. It was a satisfactory experience, overall.

Excellent service replaced my mirror under factory warranty when Cerritos Lexus and corporate Lexus would not . They replaced free of charge thank you Phillip for the great service this will be where I go from now on.

I first took my car to westminster for service when I lived a few miles away. I now live about 40 minutes away, and would never consider getting my car serviced anywhere else! I've been to the place on 605 at south st (which is a LOT closer for me) - and I'll never set foot in their dealership again. The people at westminstar have always been kind and informative, glad to answer any question.

I took my car to Lexus and Daniel Amaya went above and beyond. My brakes were squeaking, tires were shot and a plethora of other things needed attention. Daniel and his team took the time to explain what my car needed, what my car could benefit from and helped me to know how to proactively care for my car long term. He explained it all to me as detailed as I requested. The best part was picking it up! It looked better than the day I bought her. Adding the detailing was a great choice. I’ll never think to go elsewhere.

After a poor customer service experience with another Lexus Dealership, I scheduled an appointment with Tomas Diaz because he came highly recommended from a friend. I understood immediately why my friend spoke so highly of him. Tomas was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of my questions in length and took the time to make sure I understood everything that my service entailed. Lexus of Westminster is not my home dealership, but I will certainly be back because of Tomas’ outstanding customer service.

I’ve been getting my 2013 Lexus serviced at this dealership ever since I purchased my car. Unless unavailable, which is very rare, I always see Tomas Diaz, Master Service Consultant. Tomas is very reliable, trustworthy, friendly and has great customer service, very professional. Every one I’ve encountered at the dealership is very pleasant and friendly.
Scheduling appointments with Tomas is easy as he makes them convenient for me. The facility is nice and clean. You can even have refreshments while waiting for your car. I will keep doing business with Tomas and the dealership for as long as I have my Lexus and will gladly recommend Tomas to anyone. I appreciate you guys. Thank you! 😊
