We were a young couple looking to buy their first home. We did a lot of research to find a good local agent, and after "interviewing" a few agents, landed with Wendy - and we are very happy we made that choice! She guided us through the process from start to finish, answering all our questions we had as naive first time home buyers. Go with Wendy! We decided on Wendy after reading online reviews—we were relocating from a different state and didn’t know anyone in the area, so it felt like a shot in the dark choosing a realtor. I feel so lucky we landed on Wendy. She is extremely knowledgable about the Seattle area (we were actually looking as far north as Arlington and she was very familiar) and about real estate in general. She has a strong background, and we were super impressed with her strategic approach to home buying and selling. With how competitive the market is right now, we needed every strategic angle we could find.

Wendy went above and beyond. We were using a physician loan with a national bank, and she personally found us a local lender contact to give us a better edge. She cancelled a road trip with a friend just so she could show us houses during the only weekend we were able to be in Washington in person (she also did video walkthroughs with us when we weren't there in person). I truly feel like she would have been happy to answer a distressed phone call from me at 2:00 in the morning, and I continue to feel that way even though it’s been a few months since we closed on our new home with her help.
