I recently did the $35 for two weeks of classes deal. I had only done hot yoga once prior to this and absolutely LOVED every class. The facility is clean and welcoming. The classes were challenging and left me feeling so good about myself. And the instructors were so kind and helpful. I will probably become a member in the future! Or at the very least do frequent drop ins.

This was my first time in a long time at yoga. Great class!

This is an appreciation post for Anneliese. I remember her as a young local girl, fast forward now an instructor at YOU R Hot Yoga. She was hospitable, gracious & professional. She invited us to leave what we’re carrying at the door and protect this space for ourselves. If YOU R considering attending, nervous or new, come. Come as you are. YOU R welcome here. Owner, Stacy, is amazing! All the instructors are compassionate, knowledgeable and fabulous! Great place to build new and cultivate great friendships. Definitely recommend!

Favorite yoga studio in the area! Love the bootcamp and power classes! All the instructors are amazing! I really like Sara and Rayne's power classes, Anneliese's yin class, Abby's bootcamp, Lexi's Sculpt, and Barbara's bikyasa! Also, the owner Stacy is super sweet and really listens to her customers, fantastic customer service, and the cold towel at the end of each class is a real dessert!

I cannot tell you how much I absolutely love this place. The instructors are professional and totally passionate about their practice and it shows! The studio itself is a beautiful, peaceful place, and though I’m not a member, I feel very welcomed every time I come in. If I didn’t live so far away I would definitely join! Thank you so much for the beautiful addition to Arlington!

This is a wonderful yoga studio! The teachers are excellent & caring! Anneliese creates a tranquil, peaceful atmosphere bringing candles to her class! Love it here!

Its wonderful to finally have Hot Yoga in Arlington! The instructors have made it simple to follow since I don't know what I am doing yet. I knew that I would mentally and physically benefit from H.Y but I had no idea just how much better i would feel. I love this place and plan to be a regular!

My first class was great (not my first hot yoga class). The studio was clean. Instructor was great. Frozen towel was a huge highlight.

Outstanding! Picture this...in one peaceful space. People from every experience level, each working on various personal goals. Challenging themselves to focus only on the moment they are in and their reason for being in class. I did my first class last night; I was looking for atonement for not taking better care of myself and trying to find the path back to fitness. I got both.

DON'T PUT THIS OFF! I FEEL AMAZING!!
