Under Armour Factory House

I was shopping with my 2 kids and it was not easy but a team member helped me find clothes to fit my growing boy. I could not have asked for better service. I wish I remembered her name because she truly made my trip worth it and I spent way too much money however I got all the things he needed with out too much stress. You have some great team members. Thank you. Fyi the store was super busy and team members all around were taking their time to help people. It was a pleasant surprise. Nicely done

I wear so much Under Armour you'd think I worked for them. Wore them in sports growing up and now skiing, working out, and golf. This store is great and the employees are helpful and patient.

Under Armour offers quality sports and casual clothing and footwear at fairly affordable prices.

Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff. They give you the option to wear a face mask and don't pressurize you like some other retailers do. They have a nice selection of shoes at reasonable prices. I'd definitely recommend.

I went to the store on 01.24.2021 for returning a jacket. Before returning the item, I complaint to the store manager about sales tax on original receipt. At the beginning, I was frustrated with her response, she said "we do not refund sales tax on online purchase", but at the end she fixed the issue. On my way home, I realized I was the one who made a mistake. I wished her first response was better. Anyway, I felt bad about it. So forgive me for giving you a hard time on that day. Thank you to whatever your name is for staying professional all the time. Note: I like to go to this store. Their staffs are very friendly and professional. Keep Up the Good Work guys!

Haven't been here since they moved from a different section of the outlet. The staff was very friendly, helpful and to the point. When I asked for help looking for a specific kind of shorts they were knowledgeable and quick to directing me to the right spots with different options. They also sell clothing items from The Rock's line of gear.

The change rooms were also super cool. The room I was in had one whole wall as the mirror and then two sides as a stadium scene. Very nice touch with wall to wall mirror in a single change room and the added fun of looking like you are posing in a sports arena.

Cashier was also super friendly and talkative. I do much prefer the upbeat and helpful Atmosphere of this place over the Nike shop where I was invisible.

Really well arranged warehouse store with lots of merchandise, quite up to date. The discounts are very good, especially when we were here just before Black Friday. The kids section is awesome, given how fast they grow out of their sportswear the discounts here are perfect. Worth a visit.

Underrated shoes , incredible quality , don't buy n**e or a*****s , I am never been serious about this review , this is very concerning. People crowds those brand store , yet this store have alot to grow and I myself shoes seller, sneakers and I admitted ua have amazing quality footwear, comfort from day 1 , no sore feet at day one. No kidding. Hands down. Underrated !!

Upon entering Daytona greeted us and went out of his way to find what we were looking for rather than just pointing. Though they didn’t have the exact shoe we were looking for we would return and seek Daytona for help. Continue hiring people like him. A fresh change in customer service.

Absolutely freaking amazed with the top notch service from Grant. He is extremely friendly and very welcoming. I came in looking for a pair of shoes. I always love checking their clearance rack because of the options they have are still the very best I have seen. Sadly, they didnt have my size. I became a little disappointed when I could find more than one pair. Grant looked like he was doing his customer service walk. I was very grateful he did. He asked if I was looking for anything specific. I said size 12 and my shoe type. He proceeded to help guide me to the right direction and helped me to the shoes that I was looking for. He was extremely nice. I asked if they had any sizes for my fiance's shoe size. And helped us get her a pair as well. His advise and knowledge on the shoes were beyond satisfying from our point of view. I will definitely be back next paycheck to get us a second pair and maybe some more clothings for the both of us. Amazing customer service Grant!!!!

Great Customer Service!! Called ahead late in the evening looking for a specific item. The young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and went far and above the call of duty to help me find what I was looking for. She even pulled the items and had them waiting at the front counter for me when I arrived. Even though it was only ten minutes before closing, she directed me to the dressing rooms and gave me plenty of time to try everything on. Couldn't ask to be treated any better! What A Gal!!
