Bennati's Martial Arts

Bennati’s is a great dojo!! The sensei’s are highly skilled and energetic. They infuse self discipline, personal growth and respect into each class and connect self defense into their training on a daily basis. Our two sons ages 15 and 13 have been attending classes here for over a year. The sensei’s, staff and parents are very welcoming and friendly. Our boys have learned so much already. They look forward to each class and have built friendships with the other students.
We are excited for them to continue on their journey with Isshinryu karate at Bennati’s.

Self defense class they have here is not only super informative but it is FUN! I learned some really NEAT and effective ways to defend myself against anyone who threatens or attacks unexpectedly. I reccomend it to all women. :) The Karate class for kids is also AWESOME. Little ones will be noticeably better behaved with new skills after enrolling here.

We love Bennati's! My son has been training with Sensei Bennati since he was 6 and he's now 21. At every stage in development, karate has benefited him greatly. Especially his focus and public speaking. His confidence and physicality also soared thanks to his training at Bennati's. And all these years later he still loves training and is now a full time instructor for all levels at Bennati's. The whole staff is friendly, helpful, professional and passionate about what they do. I love that they do a lot of fun family events throughout the year too like their Halloween costume party or their family camping trip. There's nothing I recommend more than getting your kids involved in a karate school like this, best thing for their development in all areas. It's also great for adults, I trained myself for six years and hope to get back to it soon.

Bennati’s Martial Art is best at providing my son a safe, and self defense teachings that promote confidence, great moral values and discipline. Sensi Derek’s expertise and training techniques help my son to be continually inspired. He loves and enjoy attending the classes. He is learning more and more about respect, honesty, integrity and hard work. The staff makes the classes fun too. I highly recommend this family atmosphere and quality of teaching.

It doesn't get any better than Bennati's. These instructors truly love teaching others and sharing their knowledge. They get excited when you finally get a move correct and provide inspiration and motivation to continue growing your skills. We started with our daughter 2 years ago and quickly added our son and then my wife and I joined. Their kids classes (Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons) are fun and playful, yet disciplined and controlled. In addition to learning self defense, they teach respect, integrity, honesty, self-discipline, confidence and much more. I have no doubt myself, my wife and my kids are stronger, more confident, caring and aware people because of our training at Bennati's. We plan to continue our training for many years to come.

We love Bennati’s Martial Arts Karate School. We’ve never seen our son so excited to go and participate. The instructors are kind and firm. They truly care about the kids. The receptionist is the sweetest lady and always makes you feel welcome. It’s a gem of a place and so are the people who run it. We are grateful for our karate school.

Master Bennati and his staff are incredible! My boys started at the ages of 6 & 4, they are now 18 and 16. They have learned so many life lessons during their training at Bennati's.. self confidence, commitment, pride, kindness, honor and oh yea, they have both earned their black belts. You will not be disappointed!

I have been bringing my grandson there for a year now and his attitude and level of respect for others has improved. The Bennati moto brings home the more of using common sense before self defense which is such a good learning tool for children. The anti bullying and self defense hand in hand with respect for others is priceless. I plan to double his attendance in January. Such a great staff and I highly recommend this for kids of all ages.

The best, most family oriented and traditional karate school anyone could train at. The instructors are top notch and their attention to detail and class structure is unbeatable. I have been training for 6 years and every student and parent is treated like family. I truly love training at Bennatis Martial Arts.

I had Sensai Bennati as an instructor as a kid and I absolutely love his dojo. He has wonderful people working for him and they do a great job. They teach about history of Ishinryu karate, simple Japanese words and actual practice of karate and are very balanced. Would highly recommend.

I was a little terrified at first, but Sensei Bennati is so encouraging that I got over my nerves pretty quick. Not only have I improved my fighting/defense skills but my confidence, focus, and self-control has grown as well.

I have trained under Sensei Bennati for 16 years and he is an amazing instructor and person. The dojo he has created is incredible. I love Bennati's. I go there every mondsy-wednesday, and the peoe there are really nice and love what they're doing. They did everything they couid to help everyone during quarentine, and that's really great.

Four of our elementary school aged grandchildren are attending here. Huge boost in their confidence over the past year or so. I highly recommend this dojo for children who are insecure, shy and/or being bullied.
