Mattress By Appointment- Or Right Now!

I went here about two months ago to shop for a new mattress. Before, I had gone to a large mattress store chain and had a salesman try hard to sell me a mattress that was little better than a $1200 piece of plywood. So when I read about Mattress By Appointment and saw the heap-ton of good reviews, I was anxious for a better experience. I wasn't disappointed.

Nick was the ideal salesman: no pressure, no tricks, just informative and willing to work with my needs. He asked for a price range and guided me to what he had, letting me know up-front if a mattress was outside of the range I told him. He was highly knowledgeable about any mattress that I tried. He's also realistic: when I mentioned that I hoped a new mattress would help with my hip pain, he politely said that a mattress may not fix all of my problems. He also let me know that it takes several weeks to adjust to any mattress, which proved true after I bought one. I stayed well beyond the 30-minute appointment time trying out mattresses, and he didn't complain at all.

He freely told me about their return policy and that they do deliver mattresses within the area, as well. When delivery time came, he and his wife were the ones to personally deliver it to my house. Not surprisingly, the delivery service was excellent, too.

Overall, I couldn't imagine a better mattress-shopping experience. In a way, I feel bad that I won't need a mattress for 10 years and that I likely won't get to shop with Nick again. Every salesman should be as helpful as he is.

Went by Mattress By Appointment in Auburn and visited with Nick. What a great guy! Very knowledgeable about mattresses and he had a great selection too! Talk about service.. he came in on Thanksgiving for us! The thing I was most pleased about was that he wasn't pushy! They carry a wide variety of mattresses. Nick is very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. We told him what we were looking for and what we didn't like about our current mattress. Nick was very patient with us and was able to help us find the perfect mattress. We will definitely purchase our next mattresses from him, and recommend him to anyone looking for a new mattress!

I only go to mattress by appointment to get a mattress. I purchased my Cal King , when they first opened, and I just moved in to a studio apartment at the beginning of this month , so I had to downsize to a Double size mattress , and again Mattress by Appointment was totally there for me at my own convenience ( time, precision, budget, patience, perfect in many ways…., quality, etc….)

My Husband and I were looking not only to replace our old 20yr mattress but to go bigger. I called Nick at Mattress by Appointment in Auburn and we met Nick at his store. He was attentive, asked lots of questions, and most importantly was good at listening to our needs and our wants. We ordered our mattress Saturday and it was delivered by Nick on the following Sunday. Nick promised delivery time and ended up being a little early which was great for our busy Sunday. Nick was fantastic to deal with!
We bought from his store based on the recommendation of some friends who were previous customers of his. I was unsure of buying mattresses online and having them delivered but after talking with us several times over the phone, taking the time to listen to what we were wanting for our personal mattress and guest bedroom we felt comfortable and made the plunge of 2 mattresses.
Nick tracked our purchase and communicated with us frequently and we are so happy with our mattresses! Our guest bed has had a dozen different guests since mid-Dec and everyone commented on their good sleep.

Nick was so awesome! We needed a new mattress for a while and looked around trying to find the right place for a while! When we found this place Nick got us in late after work one night and helped us pick the perfect mattress! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new bed/decor!

Nick is awesome. The 100 5 star reviews speak for themselves. There are some different beds available here than other mattress stores nearby. I ended up buying a bed at a competitor because I like the feel of the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid that MBA-Auburn didn't have in stock, but that takes nothing away from this place. Make an appointment.

Daniel was awesome to work with. He did everything he could to make sure I walked out with a great deal and a great mattress. The selection of mattresses are also fabulous. I received my mattress the same day. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bed!
