Highly recommended. He came all the way to Salton City to program my key. I called other locksmiths but they were charging me $600-700 to come all the way here. Duran charged me $240. He was great. I was very happy to see my car running again.

Albert is super friendly and provides excellent customer service at very reasonable prices. His location is a little off the beaten path but the service outweighs the rustic surroundings. I highly recommend Duran's Lock and Key over anyone else. I had 2 key fobs for a push to start programmed and he had it done within 20 minutes.

Albert Duran (owner/operator) was extremely helpful and personable. I had several issues to overcome and he did just that, returning access to my car & making two master keys at the same time! I highly recommend this local merchant for his mobile service as well!

Very professional, I got a new key fob for a 2016 Nissan Altima push start car. I got there last minute around 5pm before closing and service was very fast and service was excellent. I’ll definitely do business with him again.

I moved into a new house in the La Quinta Cove, and wanted all the doors rekeyed. Their quote for the service call was super reasonable and their charge for each lock was excellent. Mr. Duran also gave me some excellent advice about how to most efficiently set it up.

Came here to get some duplicates made of my Chevy Suburban. These new Chevy's require microchipped keys to start the engine. Duran's was able to get these new keys made for me on the spot. Note: They changed location a couple of years ago, they are now at: 48200 Harrison St. Coachella, CA 92236, just a couple blocks down from the old location.
