AAA Auburn Branch

The office staff at AAA is extremely friendly.
I was doing a vehicle title transfer, way more relaxed and professional than DMV.
This service alone is worth having AAA.

I have always had knowledgeable and friendly folks help me out with tags etc there (usually done in...minutes), instead of going to CA DMV: worth every penny of AAA Membership

I stopped by two weeks ago and was welcomed by Stephanie Carter at the front podium. I just would like to say that Stephanie was friendly and helpful. She had a wonderful sense of humor and helped me with my issue (receiving multiple cards for road service). I explained to Stephanie that I was receiving duplicate cards on a weekly basis. The next time I have a question. I hope Stephanie is working at the front podium as she was helpful and gave excellent service. I look forward to stopping in again.
The very next week I received another duplicate set of cards, however, Stephanie did make a note of it on the computer and in time the problem will most likely disappear.

Kristen at the Auburn California AAA office gave THE BEST customer service. I wish I could get that everywhere, all the time.She helped me with an unknown registration we received, and gave recommendations on how to handle it. Fast and friendly service! When I added a second vehicle to my policy the agent recommended a higher line of coverage than I wanted. When he explained that because my RV was also my home that the added coverage would give me $100,000 per accident. Should my RV be involved in an accident I could lose everything and it was only $10 more per month. He explained it was more than enough to fully pay off all damages. I had never had an accident in the 45 yrs I’ve been driving but he insisted I’d appreciate it later. Sure enough 9 months later the brakes suddenly went out on a decline with two rows of cars waiting at a red light. I barely managed to get to the far left median before slamming into a brand new sports car totaling it. Thank god nobody’s was hurt. The claim process was simple and easy and everything fully paid. I can not thank that sales agent enough. He was 100% right! I highly recommend this location.

I've been several times throughout the past few years since they opened. They're always polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I feel like my time is truly valued by the great team that works here.

I also love the DMV features they provide. Swapping plates is a breeze. I once learned the hard way that if you are selling a car, you may want to sell it several months before your tags expire. You have 30 days to avoid having to pay the full registration fees.

The Auburn AAA branch is so good. Going there instead of DMV is such a pleasure. No wait time and no hassles. Wonderful experience!

Their costumer service has up most respect for their clients . They also give you opportunity with saveings time from going to DMV. They can do some DMV paperwork there at triple A . And they are willing to work with you on your needs, and payment schedule . I would never choose another insurance plan, agency. Triple A offers everything you'll need while owning a vehicle and more. Thank you Triple A! I feel Safe in your hands!

I'm a member and use AAA for most of my DMV needs plus I needed a notary today. Took 10 minutes and cost only $10. Great service and friendly people.

I've had AAA for many years now. I love the Auburn office everyone is always helpful friendly and has a smile on their face. Always willing to go a little extra for their customers to make sure they're happy. I've never been let down by the AAA office in Auburn

Needed to pick up a Handicap Placard. In and out, done, in 15 minutes. Amazing what private industry can do in 15 minutes, instead of going to Public Funded DMV., Which takes hours. That place is a nightmare, and the people are paid more in wages, and given pensions, and they still are inept, and slow, and really don't care. Always do your business in private industry places, they have to " perform" to keep there jobs.

Worth the membership fee because you can go there instead of the DMV. Much faster and better. Of course it wouldn't take much to be faster and better than the DMV. But AAA is a good place to get your DMV work done.

Obtained my passport photos quickly and easily, and it was cheap. They keep lines moving quickly and there are several friendly staff members available who I found helpful and cheerful.

Very helpful. Put me on hold many times...because she was trying extra hard to find the answers I needed.
