Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

This is a large store, two stories. They have a lot of merchandise, men, women, kids, accessories. They even had some of the bedroom and kitchen collection. The staff was friendly and the store is designed well with the traditional Ralph Lauren feel to it. Any Polo fan will love this place.

I went there today, the day after Black Friday. Although it was crowded, Christina helped my daughter find a hoodie, and she even checked the fitting rooms to see if they had it in her size.

Clean store comparatively speaking, decent deals for polo. Staff was helpful but not overbearing. 9/10 because still expensive.

This outlet mall store is still a fun place to shop. It is usually quite busy here. Quality clothing and usually great customer service. This place usually has sales on top of the already discounted prices. Nice! Shop early in the day if you want those smaller sizes, since they go fast! Two whole floors of shopping heaven.

This is a big store with plenty of merchandise for men, women and children. Of course the retail clerks are friendly. I enjoyed my time there. Later my wife went in and found the perfect cap for her adult nephew, just exactly what he had asked for. If you are in the market for Polo, this is the place to find it.

Great customer service and such a beautiful store! Everytime I stop in it's always very clean and well kept compared to a lot of the other clothing stores at the mall. Becca helped me last time and she made my experience so much more enjoyable!

The associates were super nice. It was our first time going to the outlet mall. It was pleasant. My son was excited we were able to find the perfect sweatshirt in my price range.

The Seattle premier outlet has an amazing staff member their that made my aunt, dad, and my time their amazing joking around and talking about his time in Ohio and making us feel welcome and leaving us with a smile on our face

The employees were very friendly and helpful, and the selection was excellent and great sales low prices
