This place is amazing for low income. If you are going through a divorce and struggling to hire an attorney, they will guide you through the process. They referred me to Sara Pugh at YMCA in Redlands who has fees 1/4 of a regular attorney.

Absolutely so grateful for these people. They are kind, caring and thorough.

I wouldn't expect a quick response right off. It took about a week or 2 to get an initial response, but once they got to my case, things moved forward relatively quickly. If you need free to low cost legal help, I recommend contacting them via the form on their website and give it just a little longer than expected. You won't be disappointed.

Once my paperwork was completed, they went over the next steps with me and included a sheet with the information in case I forgot any of the steps.

Again, I am super grateful for them and their services. It's such a big thing to help people navigate this complicated legal system for free.

I have had to use the San Bernardino legal society several times. The staff has always been professional and very helpful even during Covid when a majority of our interactions had to be over the phone. I first used them to help me fill out my filing for a divorce. I called and left a message which they responded to in a timely fashion. The second time I used them was to help me fill out emergency restraining order paperwork for my whole family. The RO packages are thick and ask for a lot of information which they were amazing in handling. I am a single mother and could not afford an attorney so was very grateful for their services. I don't know if I could have completed the documentation without their assistance. I am grateful that these services are provided for people who can't afford it otherwise.

Michelle Dodd is the best person when you're looking for help and have no idea where to start. She listened to me and answered every question that i asked. As my case got more difficult and the judge asked to changed a few things during the case she got everything ready and even walked with me to the the 2nd floor to help me file the paper work that i needed. I really appreciate everything that she did for me if I could leave more stars i would. My fiancé and I were stuck on some paperwork looking to adopt her nephew so we decided to get help so we went to the little office there. To our surprise we had messed up the paperwork and Michelle Dodd helped us get everything correct.
