The Highlands at Grand Terrace

I’ve had multiple great experiences with Giovanni from the maintenance team. He’s super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for us. Very dependable, even when my apartment had an emergency after hours and he still showed up. Can’t thank him enough. Great guy!

Just on here to say that the maintenance tech Giovanni is a really great and polite guy, always gets the work done in a great timely manner. He seems like he takes his job very serious. He made sure to get the work I needed done on time!

My dryer broke, put a work order. Shortly I received a call from Giovanna maintenance technician. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He replaced the dryer and followed up with a phone call to see if we liked our new dryer.

The Highlands are in great hands with maintenance tech, Jerry! He is very professional with residents and works hard to get any maintenance issues resolved. He's a hard worker, polite to others and has excellent service.

I do not know why such a low rating on Google, but the apartments are very decent. The territory has everything you need: swimming pools, gyms, sports grounds, plenty of free parking space (1 covered + 1 on the territory). For a year and a half, we have not had any unpleasant situations. The place is quiet, the houses are nice. Service staff solved problems within 1-3 days (air conditioner repair, replacement of bulbs, sockets). People in general are normal and quite comfortable. About a minuses, they wrote about them before, in the most intense heat, several ants appeared in the house, and after that there were no more ants during the year. And once a year we saw spiders, but again for a very short time and very small. The post office is a little inconveniently located, you need to walk about 5 minutes. Very good place to live.

Maintenance is great Ruben came for my work order and was very nice he completed my request without any problems and Lynn and Jocelyne is the sweetest they are always willing to help when i have questions.

My aunt wanted me to write a review on her behalf regarding Giovanni , she is very happy that she can count on Giovanni to provide a professional service over at the highlands at grand terrace always positive and has nice manners, I’m glad to have Giovanni as my service technician, thank you .

Jerry helped me out when my garage door wouldn't open at 5am. He even delivered my brand new remote to my door going out of his way to make a good impression.

This was the smoothest leasing experience with Tiaki, during one of the most stressful times of the year. We moved in this past month. Tiaki was great to work with. The other apartments in the area don’t come close to my walk in here. I was greeted warmly. Offered a hot chocolate. Nobody is this nice in the area. This was one of the driving factors in my decision. It’s a lot to find an apartment, but Tiaki made it comfortable. I’m glad we contacted Tiaki that day we did. We chose the best place with what I think may be the best leasing associate I’ve worked with!

It’s been a busy last couple of weeks, I wanted to make sure I get on here like I said I would to mention how great it was working with Tiaki this past month. Thanks for helping me get a new place with new appliances! I can hear the birds singing outside and it’s pretty when I look out my window. Thank you for showing me all the apartments you did all while being pregnant. As I told you I have 3, and I know it’s probably tough with these hills and bumps. Anyone that’s looking for a new apartment, I recommend asking for Tiaki. She’ll take care of you!

I just moved in 12/21/23, what a great experience I had with Tiaki! Good service rarely exists anymore, but this lady helped me, find the apt that fit what we were looking for. Answered all my calls and text in a timely manner. And made sure I seen what would work in my time frame. I can’t thank you enough Tiaki, you helped me find a safe affordable place that mom can feel comfortable in. We also finally found a place here with a gas stove! Tiaki is going to be my go to, and I recommend you to ask for her. Though I will say everyone I met in the office is very nice. Tiaki is an asset to this company, and coming from the service industry myself, I’ll say if there is a promotion that comes up, Tiaki should be considered. She’s awesome!

I recently made a visit to this leasing office and I can say that I had a great experience with the friendly staff and the leasing agent that was helping me, Karina. She was super attentive and addressed all my questions. Very nice and knowledgeable.

We moved in about a month ago and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. The apartments are nice both inside and out. Love that there are flowering trees around the complex.

Tiaki was an enormous help throughout the entire application and move-in process. She left a very positive impression from the moment we toured. The rest of the staff were also kind and helpful.

The only issue I have is the state of the gym facilities. Unfortunately they were vandalized. I hope that they get repaired at some point :). Not really a deal breaker though.

The gym looks great after repairs, and shoutout to Jerry the maintenance guy. He does a great job with any work orders we put in.

There was a sweet lady named Karina that helped us find our new home, Moved in about a month ago and I just wanna give Karina a big thanks for helping me out through the whole thing truly a kind person and I love it here also

If your looking to move to the highland grand terrace area The Highlands at Grand Terrace is the only spot I would recommend. The staff 1st off is super cool and very competent unlike the other communities in the area. Julio and Joe who helped me rent the apt made everything very simple. They handled the process very professionally and the move in was really easy. The manager, Danielle Casavan, was extremely helpful and very considerate. She understands we are human and life happens. All you guys looking at the reviews... your in good hands here. The place itself is very well kept usually ppl walking around cleaning lots of trees keeping the places cool in summer and the maintenance guys in my experience were on it soon as I put an order in. So considering all the other options this kids a two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾
