J.Crew Factory

I just recently discovered J. Crew and I absolutely love their clothing! Perfect for comfortable and attractive professional wear. They do a teacher discount(!), so make sure to bring in your school ID or a picture of it and they will give you 15% off.

I was at the J Crew Factory, Seattle Premium Outlet, Marysville, WA during the Father’s Day weekend. Both the ladies (one from the fitting room - I just wasn’t able to get her name and the other one was Tricia at the cash register) who I encountered were so nice and have outstanding customer service skills despite the fact that it was a busy weekend. The lady from the fitting room was also really respectful while Tricia was friendly yet professional. They both give value to customers and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you to both of you for a wonderful shopping experience!

Best customer service experience I have had in years! My partner and I were shopping for clothes to attend a friend's wedding. Tritia R. was fantastic in helping us find the sizes and color combinations we desired at fantastic price points! Also even though it was close to closing time, Tritia started up the steam machine and got my dress shirt wedding ready! My partner and I were honestly in disbelief as we left the store. We entered anxious and left feeling happy and relieved.

This was my first time shopping at J.Crew and Tritia definitely earned repeat customers!

This is a clean, well-organized retail outlet with helpful staff members. The clothing is distinctive and of high quality. It seems to never wear out, either in terms of aging, fraying, etc. nor in terms of looking au courant.

Any garment purchased from J. Crew is among the top few most likely to satisfy and to keep giving pleasure to you for years, if not decades. I'm thinking of a long sleeved, light weight ochre colored mock turtle. Gosh I wore that for years!

I work at the front door of our financial services and statement printing company. We have many customers drop off jobs throughout the day. More than once I've complimented a regular on his shirt asking, "Is that a J. Crew?" I've never been wrong about it. They are so great: you can spot them!

The store wasn’t very busy had a decent variety and some good sales going on. Samantha, who was running the store during my visit, was super friendly. If you have any questions during your visit she seemed like the put the go to person who could help!

My wife loved the selection and value here. They were slightly under staffed but service was good and staff very helpful too.

This place is really, really cool. Wonderful style combined with totally reasonable prices. This place is great for young men who don't want to spend too much but want to look nice.

I wandered around and didn't find much at first. Lots of jackets and suits that didn't interest me.

Then I happened upon the men's button-ups. They have slim and regular fit and WOW. The patterns are extremely handsome. I recommend going with the checkered patterns (e.g. red and blue), since the plaids are generally pretty tacky. They fit extremely well - not too loose around the chest, not too tight around the stomach (even if you have a bit of beer belly), not too long in the back (so you can show off your.. jeans) and not too short on the sides (so you don't show skin if you reach up). I'd say if you've got an average body type for men you'll look quite good in these shirts. They're quite flattering.

I went here during the Christmas shopping season and all the shirts were 50% off. This meant $60 shirts were $30 - a fantastic deal. I got six shirts for under $200, which is doubly impressive given how snappy they look and how well they fit.

The person who checked me out explained that they take bestsellers from the previous year from regular J Crew and then "recreate" them for the factory stores. (Whether they actually redesign them, I have my doubts). What that means in practice is you get popular styles at mass-produced prices.

Although it was busy and felt a little chaotic without a clear checkout line - but the staff was great and kept everything moving quickly - overall it was a good experience, and I will be back.
