Maple Hill Apartments

I've lived here since 2000. We love it here, this is home, we feel safe here. I haven't had any major issues here except for the water going cold or too hot SOMETIMES, but they do fix it fast.
Some of the comments are shocking.
I have never had roaches, bugs or mold since I moved here and that's 24 years ago!
Keeping your apartment clean ALL the time is key!
I would recommend this place. It's close to schools and shopping centers. It's in a good place of Fontana.

I have the best experience ever. The office staff and maintenance are good with the tenants. I have been here since September and never any problems. My move in was not expensive, which is what I was worried about. I come home to good vibes every night.

My boyfriend and I currently live here and going on our first year. Everyone in the office are nice and professional Our neighbors are so nice. Once a work order gets put in maintenance will come the next day. The complex is very clean and never had any issues as far as loud music or homeless people wandering around. Only thing I suggest changing is the parking. Makes it difficult for family or friends to come visit. There’s alot of parking space for residence but none for visitors. Other than that we’re happy here.

Management and maintenance thank you for all your hard work in taking care of any issues. A new gate system and cameras are going into place yeah!! Since my move in last year it’s been a great experience with the office and maintenance workers. It’s a very comfortable and nice complex and they keep it clean and tidy.

Really great place to live.
The maintenance is top notch and quick.
Quiet neighbors and family living.
The manager and Secretary are exceptional and go above-and-beyond. My family and I were going through an uncontrolled situation, tied to one of our family members, and the manager is working to sort out the details and provide us with the best possible solution.
I highly consider applying here.

Today I went in for a tour. I really liked the prompt service and friendly service i received I was able to tour and get information. From what I saw they have great amenities and it looks family friendly they have a cute little playground for the kids and a pool. The residents here look happy especially all the kids. I would love to live here but cannot apply at this time but i will keep this place in mind for when i am ready. Will definitely return

I’ve only been here for a few months but every interaction I’ve had with the staff or residents has been pleasant. Any questions or concerns I’ve brought up to management was dealt with in a timely manner. A great place to live at if you’re looking around the area!

Had the maintenance guy Jose come in and check our AC vents with a work order. The vents were fixed and when I told him about the stove not working he fixed it right away no questions. He was awesome and very helpful and took extra time out to hel .

Just finished a 10 year lease from maple hills and I wanted to stop by and say thank you maple hills for making my stay here a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Management is very professional and always quick to fix any issues I had when it came to a/c repair , light bulb replacement, etc. I seen somebody mention in the comment section that every apartment has roaches and termites and I just want to say that's a flat out lie. I have never in all my 10 years of living in maple hills experienced any sort of bug infestation. This place is very quiet at night and they have security on patrol at night which makes this place very unique and comforting compared to other apartments in the area. If it wasn't for me expanding my family i would continue living in maple hills. Best apartments I have ever stayed in.

I been here for about a year now, I love it here its quiet,clean and well maintained and kept up,.When I do a maintenance request their quick to respond..I don't have issues with parking theirs plenty. I recommend this community if your looking for a quiet place to live..

Ive lived here for a couple of years I have had no issues and management has always been courteous and resolved any issues that ive had with my apartment .

Very well kept community. Pet friendly and very affordable. Theres always enough parking and it's fairly quiet.

I liked working here alot .Rigo and Ryan in maintinance were a pleasure to work for and alongside as well..
