I came in to the store during the Black Friday sales and it was pretty hectic in there, lots of people everywhere and I started to feel a lil discouraged while trying to find a coat, I'm tall with long arms and so it can be a lil challenging finding a coat with the right arm length. An employee named Luke walked up to me and asked if I needed any help, after trying on a few coats he was able to help me find the perfect coat. He was welcoming, kind, and very patient with me. I'm glad he made the choice to help that day. 5 Star employee. Thank you Luke!!

Don't buy overpriced North Face anywhere else. The deals here are always 50% retail. Cannot beat it!

My favorite place for shopping brand name, excellent customer service, I bought insulated jacket few months later I started loosing the feather inside .... I took it back and they replaced it with a new one. Thanks

Good deals. Well stocked. Everything is usually 60-70% off the price on the tag. I come here every couple years for a new jacket.

My partner and I went into your store today and the customer service we received was first class! Huge shout out to Jewel for literally climbing over, under and all around boxes of merchandise to help us find shoes in my partners size! She is an absolute sweetheart and we appreciate her going above and beyond to help us! Your store is very lucky to have such a devoted employee! And Israel at checkout was also top noch! Always really nice and very helpful, not really sure why some people are getting frustrated with the store closing 5-10min early. Stop shopping at the mall an hour before closing then, also with all the shoplifting the line is necessary people need to stop being so entitled and get on with their lives. If you see a line come earlier, if the store closed at 6:55 and you got there at 6:55 get better at time management or apply for a job so you can stay that extra 5 min!

Man they had deals as you would expect but really they were better priced than any other clothing store there. My friend is going back to China and let's just say her budget was growing thinner by the minute- The cashier overheard us talking and really put that extra customer service in and threw a coupon or... Anyways, I'm a fan as you can tell and looking forward to my next trip to N.F.- 😎

Fantastic bargains to be had: the more articles, the greater the discount. We found items we really needed, at 70% discount. Friendly and helpful staff too! Well worth a visit.

Most of the good brands are in the mall. But the food court needs more stalls. Not too many selections.

Great experience and so many shops with amazing sales. Its memorial day weekend so sales are everywhere. It was also my first time there too and im honestly happy I finally made it!!

We bought a pair of shoes but decided to exchange them to a half a size smaller the same day. Lydia who was the cashier that day helped us. She went above and beyond bcs originally her crew told her the size 7 wasn’t available. She walked back to where they keep the shoes and found the size we were looking for. She was very helpful so thank you Lydia. You rock!

Good place to find some really great deals.

Helpful staff and decent amount of items in stock. Got a nice good looking gore-tex snowboarding jacket for a very very modest price. Floor staff is always happy to help with advice. Once checkout line started growing guys quickly added more people to registers - props for that.
