I needed to sell a home for my sister in Blanding UT. I called Karen while we were in town. She came and met with us. We signed a contract. Karen was great to work with during the entire process. We do not live in the area. Karen kept us up to date via email and phone calls. When we received 2 offers the same day. Karen suggested which one to take. She actually suggested that we take an offer that was better for us but paid her less. She truly had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Karen.

Friendly staff and helpful letting me know what to expect and follow up with. Are dog had a few teeth removed for a excellent price thanks.

Format was hard to work with

My sister hired this agency to sell a home in LaSal, UT. Approximately a month in of the contract, never seen or heard anything from this agency, including the fact that my mother's home wasn't even listing on this agencies website.....seriously, how do you sell a home when it's not listed. I called them asking them to cancel the contract. After some unprofessionalism from the woman that answered the phone, she hung up on me. I called my sister and asked her to cancel the contract. I later received a call from Mr. Gibbons from this agency, he was upset that I was rude to his wife. Very Unprofessional from Countrywide Realty.
