Crown Ace Hardware

My favorite little hardware shop (not really it’s huge) around the corner when something breaks and I need it fixed. Though the selection has gone down and some things are harder to find, they are great for the emergency fixer-upper to hold while I order the correct piece in two days.

My experience with the Yucaipa Ace Hardware store has always been excellent. The staff is consistently great and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether I have a simple question or need advice on a project, they are always ready to help. I highly recommend this store for all your hardware needs

I have always loved Ace Hardware. They offer products and services and the personnel are always helpful. I went to get paint which I could have done at my local paint store and to sharpen a few knives. Something else I could have done locally. I drove from Beaumont to Yucaipa to get both done with great service. I browsed for some items for home improvement and everyone attended to me in each department. Something Home Depot has failed at. I will be back in the spring to check out the Garden Center.

About a week ago, I went to Ace Hardware in Yucaipa to get some hardware to fix my walker. I am a disabled senior who has a difficult time standing or walking very long, so I quickly asked a gal on a ladder for help locating what I was needing. She called a very nice gentleman, Dennis, to help me locate the things I needed. Dennis knew exactly what I needed, the size and type to fix my walker. I didn't have to wait for help and Dennis was very knowledgeable about what would work and showed me what would be best for this job. Then he asked me if I had my walker with me and I told yes, it's in the back of my truck. Then Dennis offered to put the new hardware on my walker for me! WOW, now this is so above and beyond any service I could have dreamed of! Dennis grabbed the tools he needed and came out to my truck in their parking lot. He fixed my walker so fast and I wanted to give him the biggest hug ever! I would have came home and tried to find the right tools in between resting my aching back. Dennis, you provided me with excellent customer service that day. I hope you get a raise and the recognition your kindness and special care of your customers deserves. Thank you so much for making my life better Dennis. He's a keeper, Ace!

Excellent service, and very good selection, along with garden supplies, and just about any battery you might need for many devices, as well as excellent key service!

We can find very job specific tools, parts, you name it, at Ace. They carry Benjamin Moore paint! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and readily available. They offer a complete array of everything for in and around the home. Today, I stopped in for paint remover; there was a good selection from which to choose.

Crown ACE Hardware in Yucaipa always has what we need for our home and shop needs! Friendly,knowledgeable help along with paint,plumbing,electrical, garden,tools,seasonal decorations supplies and more-we like shopping local in our own community!

This Ace hardware is an excellent place to find it hard to find screws and nuts.

Every time I go there they are so willing to help me find what I need. And I love that I can keep money is it in Yucaipa rather than down the hill plus if I don’t have the drive down the hill that’s a +2 but all is all they are the best and you’re always there when you have an emergency so I highly Recommend them their store is compact what is filled with everything you need plus more I always see things that I don’t know I need until I see them and once again the staff is great
