We love this bike shop not only did they answer all my questions but they provide me with a lot of knowledge. I am new to the cycling world and they help me soo much . Strongly recommend this place .

The employees at Yucaipa Bike Center have provided exceptional service since I moved in the area almost four years ago. The attention to detail has been excellent. I worked in the bike business for several years many decades ago. I am very pleased with the quality of service on the bikes purchased or repaired there, follow up and warranty work being done. Thanks to all of you who work there for keeping my bikes on the road.

Love this shop. I first went in to get brakes and an alignment done on a cheap bike I had. And they treated it just like they do their high end bikes. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I recently went in and finally got the upgrade I’ve been wanting. The woman who helped me was super knowledgeable. I’m not very savvy with all the biking lingo and she was kind enough to break it down for me without sounding condescending. She recommended a bike and I was so in love I bought it that same day. I now live over 2 hours away, but there is no other bike shop for me. These guys rock!

These are the nicest people ever! I am a senior citizen who was having a bike reassembled. They helped me so much and didn’t make me feel like the novice that I am:). They even carried my bike out to my car and showed me how to take the front tire off and how to reassemble. I will only buy bike supplies from them because I want to support our local business people. Especially when they are so nice!

I have been going here for a few years eyeing their bikes and buying parts, but this week I brought my bike on to get worked on. They were extremely busy, but they still worked on my bike. They also told me of other problems they found as they went along, and their labor costs are low. The communication is great.

Have taken my old MTB to the shop a couple of times and they were able to fix it and get it up and running for a reasonable price. Recently bought a Trek full suspension there and I got a good deal and friendly customer service. I can't ask for more.

This bike shop is really a 12 out of 10. The staff are awesome and obviously love helping customers. Have had my bike worked on here in the past, and it turned out great. Also just bought a bike here and they gave me a great deal that no other bike store would do. She gave me a full walk through of the bike and how to maintain it. Go here. Don't even bother calling anywhere else.

Super helpful staff!!!! they would go out of their way just to look for the specific parts for your bike. They have excellent bike fit services and are very knowledgeable and experienced in their craft.
They also give you discounts for the parts.
A great bike shop with a friendly staff.

Bought my first road bike from here about 15 years ago and upgraded with another two since then because of the service and the staff. I had an issue in 2014 with my current bike and they handled the problem with the manufacturer and I ended up with an upgrade.

Great experience here! I bought a Trek Road bike and went from knowing very little about their various nuances to feeling very comfortable with them.

Outstanding customer service, prices, and selection

Am in a wheelchair and my chair had a flat tire my wife took my chair to this shop and the owner look at it and said it has uses bike tubes .. my wife told him that I needed my tire fix and no one at.any other shops wanted to try to fix it but it use bike tubes the big wheels in the back .. the owner said I think we can fix it .. after a couple of minutes my wife comes out from the bike shop with my tire fix .. am so happy he made my day .. thank you so much I appreciate

It is the rare occasion that I feel compelled to publicly review a business. In this instance, the service at the Yucaipa Bike Center (YBC) was so superb that I would be doing other consumers a disservice if I did not share my experience. The fact of the matter is, you wouldn't be reading this right now if you weren't considering doing business with this shop, so hopefully this assists you in your decision.

I have ridden bikes for many years, but never a road bike. I did as much research as I felt was necessary on my own and narrowed my choice down to two bikes; the Trek ALR 5 and the Cannondale CAAD12. I went to Cyclery USA, Don's and this shop. In the end, I went with Yucaipa and here's why:

When making such a large investment on a bike, you want to feel comfortable with the shop selling you the bike. A couple of weeks ago, I went in the shop to have my hardtail mountain bike serviced with new brakes and tires (all done without a hitch). I casually looked at the road bikes and peppered the staff with questions. It was immediately apparent that both Dale and Bruce were veteran riders whose knowledge of cyclery and riding is unparalleled.

I came in a few days later and Dale spent about an hour with me sizing me and ordering a bike in the proper size. He explained that I was under no obligation to purchase the bike if I decided I did not feel comfortable on it, but he wanted me to test drive the exact bike I thought I wanted to buy so the fit would be exact. The bike came in, Dale assembled it, and a few days later I came in to ride it. The bike felt great, but I was also wanted to make sure that it was fitting me well. Bruce spent at least another hour with me educating me on fit and riding, which made me feel even more comfortable purchasing this bike. With Bruce and Dale, I never felt like I was purchasing a bike from a salesman. It was like going into a store with a good friend who is very knowledgeable about the product you are contemplating buying and they only have your best interest in mind.

I went and tested the CAAD one more time at Don's in Redlands to make my final decision on the two bikes. Both bikes felt superb. I have nothing negative to say about Don's, they too had wonderful staff and a quality product. However, in the end, I felt more comfortable on the Trek and I felt more comfortable with Bruce and Dale.

When I went back into YBC, Dale spent over 3 hours dialing me into the bike, ensuring that the fit was perfect and that I was comfortable. Since clip in shoes/pedals were a new experience to me, he also made sure I was reasonably proficient before I departed. Most bike shops I spoke to have an additional fee to size and dial you into the bike. Dale did it incidental to purchasing the bike because sizing and fitting is as important as the bike you end up riding.

The love both Bruce and Dale have for cyclery should be immediately palpable to anyone who speaks with them. Their passion and knowledge translated into some of the best customer service I have received for any good or service I have purchased.

Been there many times xlnt service ,people need to have patients every one thinks they need to the center of attention when u walk into their shop u need to approach the shop employees if you need help not whining people cry babys...
