Nothing but transparency. I love this place. Lexus dealer told me that I have to change my brake pad as soon as I can and quoted me for $580 for it. Called John and brought the car in. After looking at the car, he told me i dont need to do it for another 10,000 miles. I love how honesty and transparency service that they offer here. Thank you John for your service. Easily scheduled appointment over the phone. Shop provided realistic estimate of work I knew I needed to get done. Virtual inspection with good detail (including photos) provided later via weblink for additional work they recommended and the choice to opt out of some work if I chose. Work was complete (timing belt/fuel pump/alternator plus multiple system flushes) and I had my car back that night, which was sooner than I expected. Been going here for years and always felt I was treated fairly.

The manager John and his crew are the best! I made mistakes in the purchase I made for my vehicle 2 times. John was so helpful and patient with me when I asked him questions. Then I finally got it right Amen! The work on both my cars was amazing they sound amazing. I will continue to refer John and his crew to people!

I've been bringing our cars here for years. There's no one else in town I trust more. This time I brought a car in that I helped my son purchase for his first car, the day he brought it home the check engine light came on. I was worried it was a major fix, turns out it was just spark plugs! Amazing customer service, everytime. These guys truly care.

I'm not exaggerating when I say, it was the best experience of my entire life at a repair shop. I got a free Rockstar because I said I was tired. They let me ask dumb questions the whole time. I went outside and chatted up the mechanic and he wasn't irritated, in fact he was happy to talk about parts and cost and different stuff. Let me watch him work. It was excellent. I went here over pep boys for my oil change because it was cheaper and faster. They also inspecting my whole car and pulled out my gross air filter which I agreed to replace. It's like the quaint town car shop hasn't died at Mieneke. They are carrying the tradition in great form. Thankyou.

Trust is a huge factor with the business repairing my truck or oil changes. I was given the recommendation from Vavoline, that I needed my serpentine belt replaced.
I went in and was greeted nice and friendly, (testing the waters lol) was given a fair price. As an older woman sometimes I get taken as gullible. They were awesome!! I felt respected.
I now have a professional place of business to trust fixing my truck.

I had an urgent need for an alternator to be replaced in my new 97 Lincoln. Meinike towed then within 3 hours did the repair. The cost of everything has I created these days. I didn't like the cost but I definitely liked the service. Good work. Great people.
