Jim was great to work with, honest and really cared to make sure my truck was safe to drive.

Jim is an excellent mechanic who obviously has a ton of experience. His prices are extremely reasonable and his staff all seem very knowledgeable. I live 2 hours away but will still probably come back the next time I need good work done. Great shop!

Took my vehicle here Friday morning, after calling Jim, he said he could get me in Wednesday but I let him know I was just passing through and he said he could squeeze me in. I had a Transmission cooling line leak I was told in Las Vegas, and would cost me $658 to fix it. I took it to Jim and he found it to be that the previous mechanic that replaced my radiator had put in O Rings that were to small he fixed it in about 2 hours and only charged me $100. Best Mechanic around if I lived near by I would always take my vehicles here.

Jim was very helpful and squeezed me in on short notice. He is very thorough and took the few extra moments to check my vin number and catch details about my vehicle that I got wrong. This resulted in faster service and me back on the road and headed home the same day. Thanks Jim!

Jim's Automotive is the best. My son was traveling in an older model RV and needed assistance with a brake light issue. Jim's Automotive was recommended by Auto Zone and these two gentleman are excellent mechanics. They were super helpful in fitting him in their schedule when called and fixed the problem and had him on his way in no time. We really appreciate them.

Jim was great. We had a 7 hour drive ahead of us and were worrird about our battery. He took a look and gave us peace of mind for the rest of our trip home. He came recommended and we can see why.

BEST AUTO SHOP! Jim was the nicest & most honest guy I have ever met running an auto shop. I broke down alone nearby (solo traveling) and had called many other auto shops in the area. When I called Jim, I instantly was treated like a local with honest answers, fair pricing, and a peace of mind. He replaced the whole clutch assembly in my honda crv and got me back on my roadtrip in good time! He even came in on a Saturday so I could pick it back up at a convenient time for me and my rental car. He even offered me a ride to drop off the rental car! I would recommend Jim's Automotive to ANYONE local or traveler. I feel lucky to have found Jim on my travels and will be stopping by for a coffee if I pass through the area again.

These guys were amazing! We were just passing through town and had an issue with our truck. They got us in the shop quickly, fixed up, and back on the road quick. Pretty funny and super nice.

Broke down in Richfield, 150 miles from home, on our way to Capital Reef on Memorial Day weekend. I thought there was no way any shops were going to be open until Tuesday. My wife took a shot in the dark and called Jim's. It was after hours so they were closed. On the recording Jim said to text him. We texted him and he replied. He told us to call him the next day. Remember, the next day was Saturday of memorial day weekend. I called Saturday and he met me at his shop. He got our car patched up at a very reasonable price. When I left he told me next time I'm passing through stop by for a cup of coffee. not because I'm broken down. I cannot recommend Jim's strongly enough.

We were traveling from Denver to Lake Havasu, when our car started to make a really nasty noise. An oil service place recommended Jim, and we made our way to Jim's Automotive. We pulled in about 4:45, Jim immediately knew something was going on with our transmission and shortly had our car on the rack and drained some of the transmission fluid. He was able to quickly determine that our ball-bearings had gone out. Jim hooked us up with the local Ford dealership - who also are the only car rental place in town. We were able to continue onto our destination and Jim was able to fix our transmission at an extremely reasonable price.

Had some car trouble passing through Utah to Colorado. Don't let the old building fool you, that means experience. He has modern diagnostic equipment as well. If I need something done in the future, I just might drive all the way to Richfield, Utah to get it done at Jim's. You've found your honest auto repair man.

Don’t let the curmudgeonly exterior (or closed sign) fool you, these guys are awesome and have hearts of gold. They hopped on our case pronto to help us as we were passing through town. Many thanks to Jim and Nathan for helping us out and for treating us fairly.

Jim was able to take care of us. Not only did he fix our car he helped us get a refund from jiffy lube who over prized us for fuel pump that did not need fixing.
