I've had nothing but good interactions with the staff. They've all been kind & helpful and if you're a regular they remember your name. The gym itself is very clean and well kept. It does get VERY busy in the evenings after work. I've never felt uncomfortable at Chuze and I'm happy to member of this location.

Wow! This fitness center continues to impress me!!!! Clean - polite- friendly- helpful each of the Chuze staff exudes kindness - professionalism and willingness to be of service!!! Its was my first time today being at a gym ever.. im in a serious change in my life and Me And My Friend will be going on the weekends.. The Staff is Great here with lots of Patience..this is A great Gym to workout at .. or even just to come and relax in the Jacuzzi ..so much to do here.. Love it..

I love Chuze. The things that stands out the most are the employees, that always are KIND, cheerful and helpful. The other thing is that i love the way Chuze monitors the membership ,guest activities, keeping people accountable for the benefits that they're entitled to.

It is a great gym. Very clean and well organized.
Their equipment are always abailable and functional.

I come to this gym everyday. It’s very clean, spacious and sophisticated. It has a pool, sauna, massage chairs , tanning rooms, a movie theater and plenty of machines for any kind of workouts.

Everyone there is super dope, helpful and respectful, been going for about 3 yrs now and never had any problems. Night staff is amazing, morning staff is great.

The employees are always friendly and nice

To the owners of Chuze Fitness My name is JoAnn Johnson the reason I gave you a Great review is because my son Brayden Johnson was going there with his cousin Jacob Johnson as his guest and Brayden really loves going to Chuze Fitness in San Bernardino and he was telling his father and I about how he wanted to have his own membership and that we should get one too because he worries about our health so we decided to go and see what your facility had too offer and let me tell you the young lady that took us on a tour of your Chuze Fitness and showed us of all the amenities that your fitness had too offer we where impressed so very clean and warm and inviting she did such wonderful job I wish I would of paid a little more attention of what her name was but I was so excited of everything there and we couldn’t believe the price for the membership it’s very affordable I would like for you guys to know that you need more people like her to represent and work for your company and you know why my son Brayden Johnson is now officially a member of your Chuze Fitness he signed up on Wednesday March 13th 2024 and as for myself and his father Wally Johnson we will be signing up on March 20th 2024 the young lady gave us the tour on Tuesday evening March 12th 2024 if you figure out her name tell her thank you she was awesome sincerely JoAnn Johnson!!!

Great place to workout. It's clean and friendly

Great gym, staff is super friendly. The locker rooms and restrooms are really clean. Some bad reviews here are from people with no patience or just straight up Karens. I highly recommend this place. Only thing I'd wish is that they'd close a bit later.

Chuze is a safe and clean place where I feel comfortable to work out at. It has a friendly environment and a variety of ways to work out.

I like this GYM, the staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They have a lot of knowledge and work very hard to maintain cleanliness within the facility. Sanitation is easily visible and one of the most important values of the staff.

Very clean, fun place to work out! To top it off, the staff are amazing. Always in high spirits 🙌

I love Chuze Fitness but especially this location. I've been a member since 2014 after having my fourth child. I love the smiles when walking in, they remember your name before you even check in, it's clean & the classes are awesome. Team training & body pump are my favorite classes.

Just applied for a membership. In my opinion, so far what I see during this pandemic is that the staff cleans every equipment after someone is done using. The people who go to this gym wear their mask all the time. Seems like a Friendly and nice place, at least this location (San Bernardino).The staff seems very nice and notices everyone who comes in and out of the gym. The price isn’t bad for all the resources they have. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a gym that has everything. (After two months, my review is the same but gave a rating from 3 to 5 because I highly would recommend this gym for great service) okay bye!

I love this gym, the only thing I hate is that they only have 1 smith machine in the entire gym and of course its always taken.

I love it here....it's clean and smells nice. All the staff are nice and smiling with excellent customer service.....no judgement here at all. Get the all access membership so you can really enjoy your experience......my favorites: the cinema room, the weights circuit, zero gravity massage chairs, the infrared sauna, hot tub & pool.....I love the changing rooms and shower area.... everything is clean and sanitized. I can't wait to try a class.........I'm excited that this is a part of my fitness/ weight-loss journey ❤💪🏾💯
