I'm a long time tenant who is made to feel like family, something you don't find very often when dealing with a business. Over the years I've known them to go way above and beyond to try to help everyone that they deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They have created a safe, welcoming environment with fair pricing, and practices that demonstrate their integrity and values. We highly recommend them!

Great experience. No hassles, was refunded the remaining pro-rated month on the spot upon leaving. Josh was a jem to work with. If we ever needed to rent again, this would be the place. We were lucky enough to qualify for a senior discount, so ask, all they can say is no. "

We were SO PLEASED to have found Papa's Lockers and Self Storage a few years ago.

We had looked at several OTHER places and were in shock at the prices that they were charging! The properties weren't kept up very well and then a lot of the units weren't very clean and smelled musty or moldy...that is the deal breaker for sure with me. Gross....

PAPA'S was very REASONABLY PRICED, the property was extremely well kept up, the units SMELLED GOOD, and were very clean and to top it off they have a great security system with 24 hour monitoring. We always felt assured that our precious belongs were dry, SAFE and secured. The BEST DEAL EVER!

We met the owner's wife once and she has a wonderful personality. She made us feel WELCOMED. She and her husband make a great team. Once, my husband and I had a little dilemma that we were having to deal with and we shared that with Vic and when he went home that night he and his sweet wife discussed how they could help us. WOW! now THAT is great customer service! We had many occasions to interact with Vic the owner of Papa's Lockers.
He is such a nice approachable man. He is always smiling, very friendly and thoughtful. He is just so GENUINE with a big KIND heart.
He made sure that our needs were taken care of and that we were satisfied with our units.
He made us feel like we had come home😊

The first employee we met there was Zenda.
She is funny, CARING and efficient. We had just gone through some big changes in our lives, and I would sit in the office and pour my heart out and eat the chocolate candies they have on the desk. Zenda would LISTEN to me and validate my feelings and make me laugh. She never judged me/us and was always helpful and kind.

The next employee we met was Josh.
Actually I just went in there yesterday and purchased two padlocks from them, (better deal even than other stores) and when he saw me he gave me the biggest SMILE. He was happy to see me! We all want to feel accepted and valued. He asked me how we all were doing and listened intently as I told him, (he asked you know..lol).. He is just one of those kind of guys that makes you feel good about yourself. Josh is a genuinely good hearted person also.

We had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE for the two plus years that we needed the units for, that we would not hesitate to go back. It was all good! from the clean, smell good units, great pricing, security system to the all around FAMILY feeling that is there.

If you choose Papa's Lockers and Self Storage, you will be sooo HAPPY that you did make that choice.

This is the best place possible in the Pacific Northwest to store my stuff. The staff is professional and personal. The most important thing to me is the smile I get every time I go in to pay for my unit or just to stop and say"Hi". I’ve had storage units for 3 plus years and this is by far the best one and last one I hope to have. The people here are friendly, helpful, everything is upfront with no hidden fees, (unlike some I could mention) and dog lovers which is a big plus in my book. Totally recommend...

Love papas self storage, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorate thing though here is the security; code required at front gate, 24/7 camera monitoring, & after 9 pm if any movement is detected on the grounds the authorities get notified. All of these help in my peace of mind knowing my stuff is well protected. Thank you papa, I recommend you to all my friend and family with storage need.

Great, clean, safe facility. Very friendly, helpful staff. Best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I mainly speak with Josh, and have had nothing but goof experiences. Have had a unit for about 2 yrs now.

Love papa's lockers, the staff is so friendly and the facility is very clean. They have top of the line security features so I know my stuff is safe, not to mention their super fair and competitive pricing. I would reccomend papas lockers to everyone.

I'm so blessed to have found such honest people who work here. Our unit is just perfect for us. I was there this past Saturday and I needed a jump start. I called the gentleman who was working the office and he said that he would be there in a minute. Now that's customer service to me if I should say so myself.

Very kind honest people. I am so happy to have found this storage for my precious belongings until I get my senior apartment. I would definitely use this storage again and recommend it to my family and friends. 🙂

Super friendly! Very flexible and accommodating. Prices were competitive and the units were easy to access and very clean.
