Aspire Rialto

Aspire Rialto is a breath of fresh air. I just moved in a few days ago and I'm pretty pleased with the interior and exterior of my apartment complex. This is the first time in a long time that my place actually feels like home. The community manager Terry is very nice, informative, helpful and gets things done. The only thing that could use a refresh would be the parking lot. It needs a repaving soon but other than that it's been GREAT so far!

Management does a great job at making sure everything is clean and is quick to help when needed. Virginia and Terry are a pleasure to speak to & are proactive about taking care of the property. Would definitely recommend living here.

The grounds are well-kept repairs done maintenance crew is very helpful. Management Company Leasing Office was very knowledgeable about the property. Aspire Rialto has a place for our furry friends along with a well manicured lawn. Just moved here in May of last year. Not far from 210 Freeway lists of shopping close to home neighborhood is safe

Management is great and the Maintenance team is even better, especially Juan.
He comes out and makes sure everything is done and corrected in the apartments.
Such a friendly and Nice man overall, glad he works here.

Juan is one of the workers that fix the apartments/renovates them. He’s always doing the work in our apartment and he’s very quick, on time, focused, dedicated, and hard working! Definitely a 5 Star for us!

Aspire Rialto is a well kept apartment complex, Management is great. Every encounter with Management and Virginia, has been pleasant I recommend with the apt complex with a smile!

Living here has been great. No problems whatsoever. Rent is high everywhere and this place has the best rate in the area, and just because you pay less than other places doesn't mean its a dump. Quite the opposite actually. They have fixed it up to look really nice and the management here is top notch since I've been here. No bug problems. Never been harassed or bothered, everyone that lives here seems really nice and usually greets you with a smile when you walk past them. I am always sent emails or text messages (I asked to receive texts) to keep me up to date on what is going on around the complex, be it if a technician is onsite to fix things or if there is a pie waiting for me in the office at Christmas time. Above and beyond if you ask me. So yeah, that's about it. If you're looking for a place and there's availability, move on in.

Its been 2 years and counting. I have enjoyed my home at Rialto Breeze. The manager is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is great. Any repairs Ive needed have been handled swiftly. The lawn is now water efficient which saves us all money. There is no issue with pest control. All in all a great place to live. My only complaint is the third party laundry vendor. Their machines on site always have issues. Im hoping a new vendor will put in a bid to replace the company now in place.
I would recommend Rialto Breeze to anyone looking for a new home at an affordable price.

Me and my little family have been living here for a year now and we actually enjoy living here. We feel safe and comfortable. This spot is just right we have about 3 shopping centers in front , makes running errands so much easier and takes less time. Also we now love how there is more security with the doors being locked at all times. Me and our neighbors feel safe letting our kiddos play outside. I gotta say Virginia is doing a good job to this place!!! She continues to make better changes to the apartments. She is always on it whenever we need something fixed in our home. Very professional. Thank you!

I have been living at Rialto Breeze Apartments for almost a year now. No complaints. The price is the best in the area. I have never had any noise complaints. The apartments are maintained very well. Other residents are respectful and nice. Management is very quick with maintenance requests especially in emergency situations. I have never had issues with any bugs in or outside of the apartment. The location is perfect. There are lots of schools in walking distance and shopping centers. It is also located close to the freeway.

Apartment manager does a great job of getting stuff fixed asap when needed apartments are well kept and maintained.

I lived here 7 months and have no problems at all nice and clean property, great property manager, maintenance always on time, I love it here plus it’s always quiet not loud and ghetto, no roaches or rodents I have no complaints

I have lived here for several years and since Virginia took over as manager things are getting done properly and on time. It's nice not to have to wait for repairs to get done.

Me and my family have been living here for about 5yrs now and never had any problems. Virginia Has been doing such a wonderful job since she’s been manager!

Love it here!! Great prices and prizes for watching their live videos. I won a couple of blankets and they are awesome. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. If you haven't been there I suggest you check it out you won't regret it.

Let ME tell you gurrrrlllllll..... These is a WASTE of TIME. They take YOU'R money and tell you your apt is on hold. but they spend it on they yellow finger nails, and crusty feet. (ew) no wonder why they have roach problems !!!! it stinks like cat pee. i went to look at a apt and i seen 3 roaches running all over the place.. Save your time AND money...

I been living 😌 here for 2 years almost and I haven't had no problem were under new management for couple months now and I gotta admit love the new manager so friendly and is exactly what the apartments need someone who knows how to work well with the tenants ... its a great quiet place to live and plus is convenient close to many stores walking distance and short distance for freeway .. im glad I decided to move here even though it was a new experience being in IE since I come from Orange County & husband from LA ...

I love it here. No issues. The manager is the best!! Always on top of everything!!! 100% would recommend this place to friends and family!!
